BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks - Warrnambool is Warrnambool's most centrally located holiday park. You can swim in the indoor heated pool, play some tennis, ride the pedal carts or let the kids have fun on our pirate themed playground and indoor games room.

Our pet friendly Warrnambool caravan park offers accommodation options to suit a range of family sizes and budgets, from grassed tent sites to pet-friendly cabins and self-contained apartments.

Only a short stroll to try out some magnificent food and wine or if it's a bit of retail therapy you desire, then an awesome shopping strip is only minutes away. The park has everything to keep you comfortable after exploring the beaches, the history and in season, the whales.

Whether you are here with family or with mates, you are guaranteed to have a blast in our games room. See who can get bragging rights in a game of air-hockey or on our table top games machine which includes all the classics like Donkey Kong, Space Invaders & Pacman - suitable for adults and kids alike. If a game of pool is desired then we have a table in our Function Room area.

Pirate Ship Playground just waiting for the kids to go on a great adventure..!!

Ahoy there maties..!! Our Pirate Ship Playground will help activate imaginations as the kids set sail on the seven seas while you relax and watch on or join in if the mood takes you there. A playground is a fantastic way for young ones to express themselves and it brings out a level of confidence and social awareness that a child can only benefit from. Exercise is a plus too but the joys of being the captain of your own pirate ship is pretty cool.

Enjoy the free access to our tennis court and all the fun that comes with challenging your family and friends to a match. All rackets and balls are provided and can be collected from the front office. Bookings may be essential during the busier periods.

The fire pit is open all year round, subject to Fire Restrictions. We are under CFA guidelines and rules due to our close proximity to the town centre, and weather conditions may not be favourable on some days.

While you are staying at Big 4 Tasman Holiday Park - Warrnambool make sure you take advantage of our outdoor BBQ facilities and do what we Aussie's do best. There is ample seating inside and outside so the whole family can sit together and enjoy a nice meal.

Table Tennis Anyone..?!

Nothing makes a bit of friendly competition with family and friends quite like a game or 2 (or 3) of table tennis. Our table tennis table is conveniently located in our TV and lounge room whilst being opposite a set of undercover BBQs, making for a great afternoon of fun and socializing with those who are special to you. Table tennis balls are available from Reception.

At Big 4 Tasman Holiday Park - Warrnambool we offer a space for small to medium groups, and corporate events. Our function room is located at the front of our park for easy access and can hold up to 50 people, with catering available upon request. For large bookings, please contact our friendly reception staff prior to arrival date.

At Big 4 Tasman Holiday Park - Warrnambool we have a fully equipped indoor camp kitchen available sure to fulfill your needs. Cooking will be easy with 2 x fan-forced ovens, 1 x 4-burner gas stove top, 2 x microwaves as well as an array of useful cooking utensils.

The great thing about the camp kitchen is you can look out into our function room and keep an eye on the kids as they have a game of pool or watch a movie, whilst enjoying a lovely meal.

Here at Figtree there are a variety of cooking facilities available to help you to enjoy a BBQ or a nice home-cooked dinner with family. To compliment these facilities we've set up plenty of seating and dining areas for you to use. These include tables and chairs outside which are perfect when you want to eat a nice lunch on a warm sunny day and an indoor dining area for when the weather is bit cooler.

These seating areas are also quite suitable for those who are here on business and are wanting somewhere to set up a laptop and get some work done using our FREE Park Wi-Fi.

Cancellation & changes

Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay

Bookings Staying (2nd - 6th April 2026)

Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty
Modifications to bookings within the 30 days prior to arrival window will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost. Note, moving dates of reservation outside of the peak Easter period constitutes a booking cancellation and subsequent rebooking.

If you are unable to meet the deposit due dates, you must contact the park to make alternate arrangements. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and forfeiture of any money paid. We will make every attempt to assist you.

Bringing pets

BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks - Warrnambool allow pets on camp sites & specified cabins only.

With the comfort and well-being of all our guests in mind, BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks - Warrnambool has a standard set of rules for guests who wish to bring their pet on holidays. Guests travelling with pets are required to contact our Park directly in advance and apply to bring their pet with them on their stay.

Upon arrival it is the managers' discretion as to accept and welcome the dog/pet into our Park. Upon acceptance by the Park Manager, the dog/pet owner must then agree to and sign the standard 'Pet Policy/Pet Owner Agreement' document.
The dog/pet must be leashed at all times whilst not in your van or tent. No exceptions.
A leash must be no more than two metres in length. This includes no dog/pet 'runs' to be set up by dog/pet owners.
For health and safety reasons dog/pets are not allowed in any common areas of the park including: decks, camp kitchen, amenities, playground, reception or any public areas.
Dog/pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog/pets waste in a sealed 'doggy do' plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins.
For health and safety reasons dog/pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the Park. Additionally, any dog/pet related accessories such as pet blankets etc should not be washed or cleaned within the Park.
Dog/pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their dog/pet.
The dog/pet owner must agree that the Park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog/pet is deemed noisy, disruptive and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests.
It is the dog/pet owner's responsibility and the dog/pet owner's alone to control and manage their dog/pet. If in the view of the Park management this has not happened to an acceptable level, the owner and the dog/pet may be evicted from the park, without prior warning, immediately at the manager's discretion.
