You will save up to $50 on every BIG4 booking for two-years, when you book direct. Plus you get great in-park Perks which could include early or late checkout, go-cart hire, mini golf and a bunch of other great perks (all depending on the park). Members also receive great offers from partners, which gives you savings on things like deals on caravans from New Age Caravans, Weber discounts, motorhome and camper van hire, plus loads of discounts on local activities and attractions.
Once you have joined ($50 for two-years) you can start saving straight away using your digital membership card.

BIG4 Holiday Perks has two types of members – Perks+ and VIPerks.
Perks+ members save up to $50 on every booking, and VIPerks members enjoy an uncapped saving of 10% (up to a maximum 28 nights in one park).
A VIPerks upgrade is free and given to loyal Perks+ members who have spent of $4000 and stayed at more than one BIG4 park over two years. If you qualify for a free VIPerks upgrade, you will receive a notification automatically letting you know.

There are a few different ways to join:

- Or you can download and fill in the application form, and mail it to the team at the BIG4 Central Office.
To join, it is just $50, which will allow you to enjoy the benefits of being a part of our BIG4 Holiday Perks+ for a whole two years.
All new members will receive an email on the day they join with a digital membership card, so you can start saving straight away.
When you join you will be prompted to opt in or out of receiving a physical membership card. It is totally up to you, both cards access the same great perks!
You can access your digital membership card at any time from your online account.
If you opted to receive a physical membership card, it will arrive in the post in around 2 – 3 weeks.

Unfortunately, no, your membership perks are only extended to BIG4 members and cannot be lent to other guests. However, for only $50 for two years it is a great gift idea!
Should you lose, misplace or for any reason require a replacement BIG4 membership card, we can just call us, and we can easily order one to be re-sent out to you. Your new card will arrive in the post in around 4 weeks. Also, your digital membership card is always available in your online account.
Easy. If you’ve recently purchased a BIG4 Holiday Perks membership, you can set up an online account by going to BIG4.com.au. When you attempt to Login you will see an option referencing forgotten password. Simply click on the link and follow the instructions.
Your online account is the fastest way to make a booking. It saves your personal details and automatically applies your member discount when you make a booking. You can also access you digital membership card at any time from within your online account.
Our member emails include exclusive offers that are not available to the public. So it is a great idea to stay subscribed, however if you’d prefer not to hear from us simply ‘unsubscribe’ from the bottom of one of our emails, or update your communication preferences within your contact details.
We need your personal details to take payment, link the membership to you as an individual and to send you renewal notifications. We take privacy very importantly and you can view our privacy policy on BIG4.com.au to provide comfort with how we collect, store and use your data.
You can update your details at anytime within your online account, simply sign in at BIG4.com.au/login.
When you join as a BIG4 member your online account is already set up, you just need to set up a password. If you have not yet set up a password all you need to do is go to BIG4.com.au and select ‘forgotten password’ on the log in page.
Renewing your membership is easy. You can renew online at BIG4.com.au/login once logged in you can select ‘renew’ or you can call us on 1300 738 044.
Your renewal is $50 for two-years so can continue to enjoy great perks.
Remember to renew before the expiry date so the holidays you’ve taken at BIG4 over the last two years continue to accrue towards a free VIPerks upgrade.
No problems. If your membership has expired, you can continue to enjoy great perks by logging into your online account and selecting ‘rejoin’ and purchasing another Perks+ membership, or you can call us on 1300 738 044 and we can take your payment over the phone.
You can continue to use the same membership card and number once your upgrade has been processed.
All new bookings will continue to accrue towards a VIPerks upgrade. However, if your membership lapsed your accrual balance will be reset. Accrual balances are unable to be reinstated if your membership passed its expiry date.
BIG4 Holiday Perks+ and VIPerks members are offered great in-park Perks during their stays at BIG4 Holiday Parks across Australia.
In-park Perks are different from park to park, as each park can offer discounts on their specific park facilities and attractions. It could include things like early check-in, go-cart hire or mini-golf.
Members are entitled to a minimum of one in-park Perk per stay and can only be redeemed once.
Perks are upon request and subject to availability.

In-park Perks can be arranged directly with the park you are staying with. Simply show your membership card at check-in (either digital or physical) to receive your Perks or make prior arrangements for early checking and accommodation upgrades where stated.
Perks must be used during your stay with the Park and cannot be redeemed at a later time.
No. Only the membership card holder is entitled to the in-park Perk.

You will receive a minimum of one in-park Perk during your stay. In-park Perks can be conditional – some may be available to only VIPerks members or cabin guests. Check the Parks Terms and Conditions for which in-park Perks are available for your booking.
