Overview
Our Two Bedroom Accessible Forest View Chalet is an accessible chalet on the forest edge, offering stunning views and containing a queen bed and two single beds. Accommodation facilities include a fully accessible kitchen with fridge, stovetop, and microwave, free Wi-Fi, a bathroom, TV, a log fire with pre-chopped wood (winter only), plus a balcony with outdoor setting. The cabin has ramp access, widened door frames and a fully accessible bathroom. ACROD parking is available at the nearby Lakeside Restaurant. As the resort and chalet are set hillside within a valley, guests in wheelchairs may require assistance when moving about the property.

Changes & cancellations
- We understand that from time to time, you may need to cancel your Booking.
- If you cancel your Booking, then the following cancellation policy applies:
- a) If you cancel your Booking more than 7 days before the Arrival Date, you will receive a full refund
- b) If you cancel your Booking less than 7 days before your Arrival Date, you forfeit your 1st night deposit.
- If you are a No Show your Booking will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund. That is, you will still be required to pay the full amount set out in your Booking.
Deposits & payments
- When you make a Booking more than 7 days in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit equal to at least the first night’s Rate of the Booking (Deposit). You will then be required to pay the balance within 7 days prior to arrival.
- When you make a Booking where the Arrival Date falls within the next 7 days, you will be required to pay the total cost of your Booking.
- RAC Members booking via BIG4 will not receive RAC Member discount, this can only be added to bookings made directly with RAC Parks & Resort via rac.com.au or telephone.
- Once you pay for your Booking (either in whole or in part), you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
- Once we have processed the payment for your Booking, we will confirm the details of your Booking with you in writing. This confirmation creates an agreement between you and us (Agreement).
- You must pay for your Booking in Australian dollars.
- There may be instances where you try to make a Booking but we are unable to accommodate you. We try to avoid this as much as possible, but if this happens, we will notify you that your Booking has been unsuccessful.
