Our studio rooms have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, bar fridge, tea coffee facilities, cutlery crockery and dining table. Each has its own ensuite bathroom and reverse cycle air conditioning.
These studio rooms are not available for long term stays, or for pets.

Cancellation Rules – Off-Peak Periods:

• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Mandurah Coastal Holiday Park with your pet. We hope you have a great time.
For the convenience and safety of all guests, we ask you to comply with our Pet Policy during your stay. We ask you to read the Policy below and acknowledge the rules outlined below.
- My pet is a domesticated dog or cat and is free from communicable diseases and has all relevant vaccinations.
- My pet is not listed as a Dangerous Dog or Restricted Breed in Western Australia.
- Pets are permitted on all of our caravan and camp sites; however, our cabins and studio rooms are not suitable for pets at this time.
- There is a maximum of 2 small dogs/cats per site/cabin or 1 large dog per site.
- All dogs/cats must be kept on a lead at all times when not inside enclosures or caravans.
- I must declare that I am travelling with a pet upon check in and the size of pet I am travelling with.
- Charges may apply in the event that my pet causes damage to park property, or if the pet site I am staying in is left excessively dirty or damaged as a result of my pet. I authorise my credit card to be charged for additional costs incurred in repairing damages caused by my pet. My credit card will be securely stored by the park. Costs will be determined at the sole discretion of the Mandurah Coastal Holiday Park.
- I must collect, remove and dispose of all pet litter and or waste associated with my pet. The waste should be placed into a plastic bag and put into the blue garbage bins provided by the park.
- Pets are not permitted in shared park facilities, such as reception, camp kitchen, amenities blocks, laundry or barbeque areas.
- No pet should be left unattended at the park at any time.
- I am responsible for the behaviour of my pet during my stay and I will ensure that my pet will not affect the quiet enjoyment of others. Examples of affecting the quiet enjoyment are excessive barking and or aggressive behaviour toward others. If my pet is deemed to disrupt the quiet enjoyment of others, at the request of management, I must find an alternative stay arrangement for my pet.
- I am responsible for all costs associated with an injury caused to another (animal or human), as a result of my pet, during my stay at Mandurah Coastal Holiday Park.
- I will not hold accountable Mandurah Coastal Holiday Park ownership, management, staff or guests, for any injury or damage caused to my pet, or any losses, claims or damages.
Management may refuse any pet from staying in the park, and can, at any time ask me or my pet to leave the premises without reimbursement if I do not comply with the park’s Pet Policy.
Deposits & payments
Deposit Requirements – Off-Peak Periods:
Non-Promotional/Non-Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 1 Night’s accommodation is payable at time of booking for caravan sites, 1 night or 50% deposit (whichever is greater) is required for studio and cabin bookings.
• The balance is due on the day of arrival.
Promotional/Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking.
•The balance is due on the day of arrival.

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
• Includes any peak events in the area, and long weekends (excluding those which fall in the Dec/Jan school holiday period)
What you need to know
Security Deposit:
A security deposit/ bond of $250 is required at time of check in for all studio and cabin bookings, this security deposit is refundable if there are no damages or outstanding fees on departure. We accept credit card only for payment of this security deposit, no cash payments.
Parking:
Parking is available free of charge for 1 car (car only) per cabin, studio room or site. If you require parking for additional vehicles please contact the office prior to your arrival so that suitable arrangements can be made to accommodate your requirements. Fees may apply for additional vehicles.
Extra Person Policy:
• Cabin and site pricing is based on 2 persons, regardless of age.
• Children under the age of 3 stay for free in existing bedding.
• The fee for additional persons aged 3 years and over is $10 per additional person, per night.
Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will apply for smoking inside of our cabins or studio rooms.
Excess Cleaning Fees and Damages:
• Fees from $200 apply if excessive cleaning is required upon your departure from the park.
• In the event of damages caused to park property, a fee of $250 or the value of the damages caused (whichever is greater) will apply.
