Cancellation Policy
Low-Season Bookings
For bookings that fall within low-season dates, guests may change their booking dates or request a credit valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation, provided the request is made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- No change or credit fees apply.
- Any difference in booking value must be paid by the guest.
If a guest cancels within 28 days prior to arrival (and the booking is still within the permitted low-season cancellation window), a refund will be issued minus the applicable cancellation fee
High-Season and Mid-Season Bookings - Including School Holidays, Public Holiday Long Weekends, Christmas/New Year & Easter
For bookings that fall within High or Mid-Season dates:
- Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus one night’s tariff as a cancellation fee.
- No refunds or credits are available for cancellations made within 28 days prior to arrival.
Booking Amendments
A $40 administration fee may apply to any booking changes.
No refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather. No refunds for guests ejected from the park for contravening park rules. Charges may apply for any damage caused.
Pets
Deposits & payments
Accommodation (Chalets/Cabins) - A credit card payment for 100% of the amount of your stay is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Booking confirmation is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully debited from your credit card.
Sites (Powered/Unpowered) - A credit card payment for 100% of the amount of your stay is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Booking confirmation is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully debited from your credit card.
All tariffs are based on two people; additional charges apply for extras. Children are aged 2-12.
What you need to know
Reception hours: 8am to 5pm.
Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. A minimum stay of nights applies during high season, a minimum stay of 4 nights applies at Easter, a minimum of 3 nights on long weekends and a minimum of 1 nights on other weekends. Adults rates apply to persons above 12 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 12 years. There is no charge for children under 2 years. Limit up to 6 persons to a site (conditions apply).
Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available.
Check in time is from 3pm.
