Changes & cancellations

Standard Bookings (Up to 3 Villas, Tents or Apartments)

  • Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of the first night of your booking, plus a $30 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full booking amount.

Date Changes & Amendments

  • Date changes made outside of the applicable cancellation window (7 days) are welcome and subject to availability.
  • Changes requested within the cancellation period will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and charges may apply.

Refund Policy:

  • All refunds and transfer requests must be in writing.
  • If a refund is requested due to illness or emergency, proof may be required to enable a refund or balance transfer.
  • Balance transfers will only be given in certain situations and must be used within 6 months of original booking.
  • No refunds are given for early departures, cancellations or changes once arrived.

Pets

We’re thrilled to welcome you and your furry friend to our Glamping Village!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that pet owners follow the guidelines below:

Pet-Friendly Glamping Tents

  • Pets are welcome only in designated pet-friendly glamping tents.
  • An additional charge of $35 per dog, per night applies (max. 2 small dogs or 1 medium/large dog).
  • This fee covers the extra cleaning and preparation required.

Pet Etiquette & Guest Responsibilities

  • Pets must be well-mannered and up to date with vaccinations.
  • Pets must not be left unattended at anytime—inside or outside the tent.
  • Please be mindful of other guests by keeping barking or noise to a minimum.
  • Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
  • Always pick up after your dog—we provide biodegradable poo bags in your doggy welcome gift.
  • Dogs must be on a lead at all times when outside the glamping tent.
  • No wet dogs are allowed inside the tent.
  • No dogs allowed in: Reception or other buildings, Common areas, Playgrounds, Pool or BBQ Areas, other guests' accommodations.

Exercising & Grooming

  • Please walk and exercise your pet outside the Glamping Village grounds.(A dog beach and local park are just a short stroll away!)
  • Do not wash your dog or their bedding in our laundry facilities.

Damages & Breaches

  • Guests are liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet, including damage to canvas doors, mesh, lining, furnishings, or personal injury to others.
  • Any damages or losses will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Management reserves the right to terminate your stay (with no refund) if these pet rules are breached.

By signing our Pet Registration Form at check-in or online prior, you agree to abide by the above policy and accept all related terms.

Thank you for being a responsible pet parent—we hope you and your pup have a wonderful stay! 

Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy (no refunds) where breaches of pet rules occur.

Deposits & payments

Once a booking is confirmed, a contract exists with Busselton Villas and Glamping Village and you accept the terms and conditions of your booking. 

  • Full payment is required to secure your online booking with Busselton Villas and Glamping Village.
  • One-night deposit is required when booking direct with the Busselton Villas and Glamping Village, remaining balance is taken on morning of arrival.
  • Your credit card payment will be processed for the relevant charge. You will receive confirmation to the email address supplied.

What you need to know

General:

  • Although every effort will be taken to accommodate our customer’s requirements, specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Bookings are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other persons.
  • Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.

Villas/Cabins/Glamping Servicing

  • All linen is supplied for Villas/Park Homes and Glamping tents
  • No-smoking is allowed
  • All our villas/park homes are self contained and serviced every 5 days.  Additional servicing can be requested for an additional fee.
  • Our Glamping tents are serviced every 2 days.

Right of refusal:

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person we believe:

  • not to be the person on the booking request.
  • not to be the same person named on the credit card or authorized to use the card.
  • not to be able to pay charges.
  • for fraudulent and/or misleading information when making the booking.
  • to be dealing in any illegal activity.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 member park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any responsibility.
