These self contained villas cater for two people and are fully equipped with all the necessities you need to allow for a comfortable stay.
The One Bedroom Villa features a queen bed and includes reverse cycle air conditioning, an LCD digital TV in the lounge room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge/freezer, oven with stove top, and microwave. The bathroom includes a separate toilet and a hairdryer for added convenience.
All linen is supplied (excluding beach towels), a private outdoor area with a table and chairs, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary parking with one space allocated per villa. These thoughtful features ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience for guests throughout their stay.

Changes & cancellations
Standard Bookings (Up to 3 Villas, Tents or Apartments)
- Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of the first night of your booking, plus a $30 cancellation fee.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full booking amount.
Date Changes & Amendments
- Date changes made outside of the applicable cancellation window (7 days) are welcome and subject to availability.
- Changes requested within the cancellation period will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and charges may apply.
Refund Policy:
- All refunds and transfer requests must be in writing.
- If a refund is requested due to illness or emergency, proof may be required to enable a refund or balance transfer.
- Balance transfers will only be given in certain situations and must be used within 6 months of original booking.
- No refunds are given for early departures, cancellations or changes once arrived.
Pets
This accommodation does not allow pets.
Deposits & payments
Once a booking is confirmed, a contract exists with Busselton Villas and Glamping Village and you accept the terms and conditions of your booking.
- Full payment is required to secure your online booking with Busselton Villas and Glamping Village.
- One-night deposit is required when booking direct with the Busselton Villas and Glamping Village, remaining balance is taken on morning of arrival.
- Your credit card payment will be processed for the relevant charge. You will receive confirmation to the email address supplied.
What you need to know
General:
- Although every effort will be taken to accommodate our customer’s requirements, specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Bookings are NON-TRANSFERABLE to other persons.
- Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.
Villas/Cabins/Glamping Servicing
- All linen is supplied for Villas/Park Homes and Glamping tents
- No-smoking is allowed
- All our villas/park homes are self contained and serviced every 5 days. Additional servicing can be requested for an additional fee.
- Our Glamping tents are serviced every 2 days.
Right of refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person we believe:
- not to be the person on the booking request.
- not to be the same person named on the credit card or authorized to use the card.
- not to be able to pay charges.
- for fraudulent and/or misleading information when making the booking.
- to be dealing in any illegal activity.
