• We understand that from time to time, you may need to cancel your Booking.
• If you cancel your Booking, then the following cancellation policy applies:
• • a) If you cancel your Booking more than 7 days before the Arrival Date, you will receive a full refund
  • b) If you cancel your Booking less than 7 days before your Arrival Date, you forfeit your 1st night deposit.
• If you are a No Show your Booking will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund. That is, you will still be required to pay the full amount set out in your Booking.

RAC Parks & Resorts have always attempted to accept pets where we can as we understand the joy of being able to travel with your furry family members. Following valuable guest feedback, we wish to advise you of the nature of your pet friendly campsite before your arrival.

Ground - The town of Exmouth is set in a spectacular but arid landscape. As a result, the ground of our park is quite hard and we often expect high temperatures over 30 degrees.

Shade - Our pet friendly sites are located in the newly developed part of our park and whilst we have planted trees, they are still in their infancy and shade is limited. We appreciate your patience as they grow, and we recommend you bring an adequate shade for your pet.

It is our aim to ensure the comfort, enjoyment and safety of the park facilities for all park patrons. Thus, entry is conditional upon the dog owner’s preparedness to abide by the requirements below.

Your responsibility at booking:

• A $50 bond in the form of a pre authorization on your credit card is required for dog stays.
• There are strictly no dogs in or around the cabins, pool areas or public amenities – dogs are allowed on Powered Sites and Camping sites only in designated area.
• Maximum of 2 dogs per booking.
• Dogs must be pre-booked at the outset of booking (breed and number of dogs) – arrival with additional dogs on check-in may result in the booking not being honored and forfeiture of all monies paid.
• Dogs are not permitted on Ensuite powered sites.

Your responsibility throughout your stay:

• Dogs must be contained within your site and on leads at all times within the park bounds.
• There are no off-leash areas in the park.
• Dogs are not to enter any of the communal areas.
• Dogs are not to be left unattended in the park at any time, including in caravans, tents or trailers.
• Bags for the disposal of dog waste must be carried at all times.
• Excessive barking or noise from any dog is not permitted.

Health and temperament:

• Dogs must be registered and have a current vaccination certificate (with these up to date) – required at check-in. Please contact your vet and have a copy faxed through if you do not have a copy on you.
• Dogs must be healthy, i.e. free of worms, fleas, etc.
• Aggressive dogs are simply not welcome.

Visiting friends:

• Friends visiting with dog need to register with Reception, before entering the property and are only allowed in designated areas.
• Any dogs visiting within park grounds with a registered guest must be on a lead at all times.

Breach of rules may result in the immediate termination of your stay and forfeiture of all monies paid.

• When you make a Booking more than 7 days in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit equal to at least the first night’s Rate of the Booking (Deposit). You will then be required to pay the balance within 7 days prior to arrival.
• When you make a Booking where the Arrival Date falls within the next 7 days, you will be required to pay the total cost of your Booking.
• RAC Members booking via BIG4 will not receive RAC Member discount, this can only be added to bookings made directly with RAC Parks & Resort via rac.com.au or telephone.
• Once you pay for your Booking (either in whole or in part), you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
• Once we have processed the payment for your Booking, we will confirm the details of your Booking with you in writing. This confirmation creates an agreement between you and us (Agreement).
• You must pay for your Booking in Australian dollars.
• There may be instances where you try to make a Booking but we are unable to accommodate you. We try to avoid this as much as possible, but if this happens, we will notify you that your Booking has been unsuccessful.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
