Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Changes and Cancellations: Changes must be made 28 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. Cancellations made less that 28 days notice, during Peak season (April to Sept) will incur FULL tariff. Low season notice of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to arrival date will be fully refunded minus a night's tariff cancellation fee.
Sorry no refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather. No refunds for guests ejected from the park for contravening park rules.Charges may apply for any damage caused.
The Big 4 Plantation Caravan Park offers the option to change the date of your booking or take a credit for up to 12 months from date of cancellation; without a fee up to 28 days prior to arrival.

Pets
Pets are welcome on all our campsites. We do not allow pets inside our cabins. We allow pets to be kept outside on the cabin verandas.

Reception hours: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday
Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check in the cabin. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Adults rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 14 years. There is no charge for children under 2 years. Limit up to 6 persons to a powered site (conditions apply).
Check out time is 10.00am
Check in time is from 12PM (Sites) and 2PM (Cabins)
Early check-in and Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available.
We reserve the right to remove guest from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guest; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN and charges will apply for any damage caused.
Damages/Loss - All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys/passes, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded. A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after departure.
Maximum Numbers Per Unit - The number of people accommodated in each unit must not exceed the number of beds available.
Personal Belongings - BIG4 Plantation takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal item. Remember to lock your vehicle and remove any valuables; parking is at your own risk. Thoroughly check the accommodation before departure as any items left behind may not be recovered
Pet Policy - BIG4 Plantation welcomes your Furry friends at managers discretion, charges may apply
Prices - All prices quoted are in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
