• All changes and cancellation must be sent through an email, please contact our park here.
• Sorry no refunds for no shows, change of heart, late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather. No refunds for guests ejected from the park for contravening park rules. Charges may apply for any damage caused.
• ALL BOOKINGS are NON-REFUNDABLE, but we offer the option to change the date of your booking or take a credit for up to 12 months from date of cancellation.
• Note that for any booking changes, a $25 admin fee may apply.

Rules of occupancy with your pet:
Please also be aware that failure to adhere to these rules you will be asked to leave the park immediately without refund or recourse.

1. The pet must be leashed / observed at all times whilst not in your van or tent or other accommodations.
2. The pet must be supervised at all times and never left unattended. including inside a tent or van or other accommodations.
3. For health and safety reasons pets are not allowed in the following common areas of the park: pool areas, camp kitchen, ablution blocks, laundry, playground or reception.
4. No washing of Pets or pet’s bedding in laundry sinks, washing machines or showers.
5. Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet’s waste, in a sealed plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins
6. Pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their pet.
7. The pet owner must agree that the park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests.
8. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests the pet must be taken off the park premises to be exercised.
9. Max of 2 dogs per site.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Reception hours are 8.00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Sunday
• Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
• Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night.
• Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation.
• A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check in the cabin. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Adult rates apply to persons 15 years and above.
• Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 14 years. There is no charge for children under 2 years. Limit up to 6 persons to a powered site (conditions apply).
• We reserve the right to remove guest from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guest; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, and charges will apply for any damage caused.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
