You asked we delivered! Our brand new Accessible Superior Cabin offers guests who have a severe mobility impairment, the chance to enjoy their stay without the worry of daily tasks. The cabin is designed for wheelchair maneuverability, with a ramp, widened doorways, larger rooms, railings, and the bathroom is fully compliant under the national building act. The cabin consists of a queen size bed in the master with 2 sets of bunks in the second. The kitchen and lounge are well positioned and there is a deck with your very own BBQ.

Reception hours

Reception hours are from 8am to 6pm. Guests arriving after hours must contact the park during the reception hours to organise a late check in. Late arrivals are required to have made payments on any outstanding tariffs prior to arrival.

Changes & cancellations

  • BIG4 Riverside Holiday Park reserves the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee for all cancellations.

  • For cancellations in Low Season within 48 hours of the arrival date, it will be a forfeit of the deposit paid.

  • eFor cancellations in High Season periods, it will be a forfeit of the entire stay charges.

  • For no shows, BIG4 Riverside Holiday Park reserves the right to forfeit the deposit/entire stay charges. Booking will be cancelled by 10am day after arrival.

  • By booking with BIG4 Riverside Swan Hill Holiday Park and confirming your booking with a deposit, you agree to the cancellations Terms and Conditions.

HIGH SEASON includes all Long Weekends, Victorian School Holidays (excluding the Winter) and Special Events.
And as much as we would love to, we can't refund for early departures.

Dogs are welcome on application at Manager’s discretion for selected sites and our Pet Friendly Cabin Please contact us directly on 1800 101 012 to book the Pet Friendly Cabin.

Deposits & payments

A deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation is required at the time of booking for Low Season and online bookings.
For rebooks during High Season a minimum of $350 deposit for cabins and a minimum of $150 for sites at the time of booking.
Final payments for High Season will be required 30 days prior to the arrival date.
We do not accept AMEX.

Fees

A $50 administration fee is charged to ALL cancellations.

What you need to know

A credit card deposit is required at the time of booking. The Park will process the charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Cancellations and changes for stays during high season must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 30 days of arrival the payment will be forfeited. Cancellations at other times can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival. An administration fee of $50 will be charged on all cancellations. Reception hours are 8am to 6pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact the park during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit their deposit. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stays apply between Christmas and New Year (7), Easter (5), and during long weekends (3). There is no charge for children under 2 years. The BIG4 Riverside Swan Hill Dog Policy applies to all guests wishing to have their dogs in the park. Quiet time is from 10pm just so everybody is happy. Check out time is 10am. A late check out can be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check in time for cabins is from 2pm and powered sites from 12pm. 
No CAMPFIRES allowed in the park. This is non-negotiable.
 We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: • Not be the person named on the booking request • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorized to use the card • Not be able to pay for charges incurred • May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age • Be concealing a dog that has not been approved by management • Be concealing other unauthorized animal. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially and unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refunds will be given to persons ejected. BIG4 Riverside Swan Hill reserves the right to change site and cabin allocation when necessary. No person or organisation may undertake any promotional, commercial, or marketing activities in the park without the express written permission of the owner.  Australian Standards relating to the use of bunk beds state “Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk. Children must not play on the top bunk.” Please take this into consideration when making your booking.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
