For the safety of our guests and team and to comply with current COVID-19 restrictions, park facilities will be subject to a maximum number of members of the public that may be present in the space at a single time and all current DHHS Victorian restrictions must be followed.

• For the safety of our guests and team, and to comply with current COVID-19 restrictions, guests must abide by the following:
• Please do not visit our park if you or any other member of your family is unwell. 
• If you or a member of your booking becomes unwell whilst staying here or anytime in the two weeks following your departure, you must advise us immediately.
• Hand sanitizer is provided at several stations around the park for your use.
• We encourage all guests and staff to download and activate the COVIDSafe app.
• All guests travelling with you must be registered under your booking including name and contact phone number.
• A mandatory registration form must be completed prior to checking in.
• Our team are available should you need assistance with a booking or if you have any questions.
• Should you have a current booking or are concerned about the impact of COVID-19 restrictions on future bookings, please rest assured our super-flexible COVID cancellation policy remains in place as part of our accredited COVIDSafe plan in protecting the health and wellness of our guests, team and community.
