- Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
- Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival for a full refund.
- If cancellation is received after 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, the park will retain the first-night deposit as a cancellation fee.
- Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
- The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder and payment card must be present at check-in.
- Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.
Early Bird:
- Full payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking.
- Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, vouchers, or special rates.
- The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.

Semi Flexible – 30 days:
- Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
- Outstanding balance due in full at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- Bookings made within 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment at time of booking.
- Should you wish to cancel or change your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit payment.
- If the notice of your cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, deposits paid are non-refundable.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.

Semi Flexible – 7 days:

- Should you wish to cancel or change your booking more than 7 days prior to arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit payment.

Summer Holiday:

Pets
- Park Management has the absolute discretion in relation to any pets being permitted in the park.
- All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception upon arrival.
- Only 2 pets per site allowed.
- Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.
- For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or Park facilities under any circumstances.
- Pets are only permitted on sites and designated cabins (Park, Budget, Standard Cabins only).
- A pet cleaning fee applies per booking.
- Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash when you are not in your tent, caravan or cabin.
- Pets may only be walked on Park roadways.
- Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site fees.
- Dogs must not be on the dangerous dogs list.
- Washing/Drying of dog or bedding etc. within the park laundry is not permitted.
- All decisions regarding pets are at managers discretion.
- The guest shall be liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused by pet(s) and shall pay the Park Manager immediately for any costs incurred as a result of damage or injury caused.
- The guest accepts full responsibility and indemnifies the Park Manager/owner for any claims by or injuries to third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s).
- The guest must promptly notify the Park Manager of any change to the above information.
- The guest must read and agreed to the terms of the Pet Policy.
- The guest agree to abide by the Pet Policy and that the Park Manager agrees to permit the guest to keep the pet(s) described in this agreement in accordance with the Pet Policy.
Deposits & payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount may change based on the tariff type selected. See terms and conditions of tariff types in Changes and Cancellations.
What you need to know
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
