Overview

The two-bedroom deluxe villa (6 berth) has one bedroom with a queen bed that is fully made up and a flatscreen television. The second bedroom has two sets of bunks. The beds are made up and bedding is supplied for the bunks. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is combined with plenty of couch seating. The villa comes with a flatscreen television, full oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, as well as all cutlery and crockery are provided. The cabin has heating, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. A large verandah with an outdoor setting is at the front of the cabin.

The Two Bedroom Deluxe Villa accommodates a maximum of 4 adults.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation Policies:​​

The tariff type you have booked when making your reservation will determine if you are eligible for a refund if you need to cancel your reservation:

BEST AVAILABLE NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:

Bookings made on the Best Available Non-Refundable rate are non-refundable and unable to be changed or cancelled at any time once reservation is confirmed.  

·         When a booking is cancelled prior to 9am the day before the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited by the guest, if they had opted to pay the full amount, we can refund the difference.  Please note that any booking, bank or credit card fees are non-refundable

·         When a booking is cancelled after 9am the day before the arrival date, no refund is applicable, all monies paid is forfeited by the guest.  The guest is liable for the full amount of the stay.

There are no refunds for early departures. 

 

FREE CANCELLATION & CHANGES RATE:

Changes to the reservation and/or cancellations with a full refund are possible any time prior to 9am the day before the arrival date.  Online booking, bank/card transaction fees are non-refundable.  No Early Departure Refunds

·         When a booking is cancelled prior to 9am the day before the arrival date, the deposit or any monies paid are refundable

·         When a booking is cancelled after 9am the day before the arrival date, no refund is applicable.  The guest is liable for the full amount of the stay

There are no refunds for early departures. 

 

NO SHOW:

Failure to notify the BIG4 Melbourne Holiday Park of a cancellation or if the guest doesn’t arrive by 10am on the day after the arrival date the reservation will be cancelled without a refund.  The guest is liable for the full amount of the stay.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, we adhere to a strict NO pets policy.

Deposits & payments

One night's deposit amount is required at time of booking. On receipt of your reservation during business hours, BIG4 Melbourne Holiday Park will email your confirmation.

What you need to know

Photo identification and a credit card matching your identification must be presented on arrival, failure to provide both will result in a cancelled reservation without a refund.

BIG4 Perks+ Membership Discount: Where a BIG4 Perks+ discount is applicable, you must have a valid BIG4 Perks+ Membership at the date of arrival.

General Minimum Age - You must be at least 21 years old of age to make a reservation and check in.

Arrivals - may check-in from 2pm. Departures - are due by 10am.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
