Overview

Our Templestowe Villa is perfect for families and sleeps up to six guests! The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. We provide linen and doonas for all beds, but the bunk beds aren’t made up.

These spacious villas have a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, gas oven, and cooktop, along with pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. We also kick-start your stay with complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and milk.

This villa includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, vanity, mirror, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. For extra comfort, enjoy an electric blanket on the queen bed, spare blankets in the cupboard, and reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you cosy all year round.

Relax and unwind on the deck, or in the spacious open plan lounge and dining area.

Sleeps 6, no pets allowed. Please try one of our pet friendly cabins if you will be bringing your fur baby.

Cancellation Rules – Off-Peak Periods:
Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
Promotional/ Discounted Rates:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 14 days prior to the booked arrival date, or if the event you were attending is cancelled.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Pets are welcome at Managers discretion one sites and selected cabins. Please read our Pets Policy.

Deposits & payments

Credit Card Pre-Authorisation for Cabin Stays:

We require a credit card pre-authorisation for all cabin stays. This serves as security for any damages or extra cleaning fees. The hold will be released upon departure if there are no damages or additional fees.

Deposit Requirements – Off-Peak Periods:
Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 1 Night’s accommodation is payable at time of booking.
• The balance is due on the morning of arrival.
Promotional/ Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking.
•The balance is due on the morning of arrival.

Deposit Requirements – Peak Events:
All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
• Includes any peak events in the area, and long weekends.

What you need to know

Extra Person Policy:
• Cabin and site pricing is based on 2 persons, regardless of age.
• Children aged 2 and under stay for free in existing bedding.
• The fee for additional persons aged 3 years and over is $25 per additional person, per night.

Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will apply for smoking inside of our cabins.

Excess Cleaning Fees and Damages:
