Overview
Our pet friendly Warrandyte Cabin sleeps up to 3 guests (plus your furry friend!) making it ideal for couples, small families or friends!
This cabin features a queen bed in the master bedroom and a single bed in the second bedroom.
The well-equipped kitchenette includes a cooktop, full sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk are also provided to help you settle in.
This villa includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, vanity, mirror, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, there's an electric blanket on the queen bed, spare blankets in the cupboard, and reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round.
Relax on the couch or on the deck after a day of exploring!

Cancellation Rules – Off-Peak Periods:
Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Credit Card Pre-Authorisation for Cabin Stays:
We require a credit card pre-authorisation for all cabin stays. This serves as security for any damages or extra cleaning fees. The hold will be released upon departure if there are no damages or additional fees.
Deposit Requirements – Off-Peak Periods:

• A deposit equal to 1 Night’s accommodation is payable at time of booking.
• The balance is due on the morning of arrival.

• A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking.

• Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
• Includes any peak events in the area, and long weekends.
What you need to know
Extra Person Policy:
• Cabin and site pricing is based on 2 persons, regardless of age.
• Children aged 2 and under stay for free in existing bedding.
• The fee for additional persons aged 3 years and over is $25 per additional person, per night.
Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will apply for smoking inside of our cabins.

Excess Cleaning Fees and Damages:
