Overview

Our Family Villa provides spacious and very delightful two bedroom option for up to 6 guests with a queen bed in the main bedroom and two sets of double bunk beds in the second bedroom.

Each villa has the convenience of full kitchen facilities with a fridge, microwave, gas stove, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and table and chairs. Also included for your use is a toaster and kettle with complimentary tea, coffee, coffee pods, sugar, biscuits and milk. Our Family Villa is excellent value for your holiday dollar.

The soft and luxurious queen bed is fully made with a doona or blanket and linen. There’s an electric blanket on the bed and spare blankets in the cupboard to provide extra warmth during the chilly winter months. The bunk beds are supplied with sheets, a doona and pillow, however these are not made up.

The villas have a bathroom suite with a vanity and mirror, a shower, a hair dryer with complimentary toiletries included. There’s a couch for relaxing, reverse cycle air-conditioning for year-round comfort and a flat screen television to keep you entertained. Each villa boasts an outdoor setting on the verandah and there’s parking beside or near the villa for your car and a trailer or boat.

Cancellation Rules – Off-Peak Periods:
Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
Promotional/ Discounted Rates:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 14 days prior to the booked arrival date, or if the event you were attending is cancelled.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Deposits & payments

Deposit Requirements – Off-Peak Periods:
Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 1 Night’s accommodation is payable at time of booking.
• The balance is due on the morning of arrival.
Promotional/ Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking.
•The balance is due on the morning of arrival.

Deposit Requirements – Peak Events:
All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
• Includes any peak events in the area, and long weekends.

What you need to know

Extra Person Policy:
• Cabin and site pricing is based on 2 persons, regardless of age.
• Children aged 2 and under stay for free in existing bedding.
• The fee for additional persons aged 3 years and over is $25 per additional person, per night.

Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will apply for smoking inside of our cabins.

Excess Cleaning Fees and Damages:
• Fees from $250 apply if excessive cleaning is required upon your departure from the park.
• In the event of damages caused to park property, a fee of $250 or the value of the damages caused (whichever is greater) will apply.
