Our 1 Bedroom Villa has one bedroom with a queen bed. This villa has everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable at a price you will appreciate. Each villa contains a kitchenette with a cooktop, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and table and chairs. Also included for your convenience is a kettle and toaster. With complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk, our Standard 1 Bedroom Villa is a great budget option for couples or singles when staying in Melbourne.

There’s a lounge for relaxing and a large flat screen television to keep you entertained. The reverse cycle air-conditioning is great for year-round comfort.

The villa has a comfortable queen bed, ready made with a doona or blanket and linen. There’s an electric blanket on the bed to keep you snug and warm during the cold winter nights and spare blankets in the cupboard if required. The cabin has a bathroom suite with a shower, mirror and a hair dryer with complimentary toiletries for your use. The cabin boasts an outdoor setting on the verandah and there’s parking beside or near the villa for your car and a trailer or boat.

Cancellation Rules – Off-Peak Periods:
Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
Promotional/ Discounted Rates:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 14 days prior to the booked arrival date, or if the event you were attending is cancelled.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Deposits & payments

Deposit Requirements – Off-Peak Periods:
Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 1 Night’s accommodation is payable at time of booking.
• The balance is due on the morning of arrival.
Promotional/ Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking.
•The balance is due on the morning of arrival.

Deposit Requirements – Peak Events:
All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
• Includes any peak events in the area, and long weekends.

What you need to know

Extra Person Policy:
• Cabin and site pricing is based on 2 persons, regardless of age.
• Children aged 2 and under stay for free in existing bedding.
• The fee for additional persons aged 3 years and over is $25 per additional person, per night.

Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will apply for smoking inside of our cabins.

Excess Cleaning Fees and Damages:
• Fees from $250 apply if excessive cleaning is required upon your departure from the park.
• In the event of damages caused to park property, a fee of $250 or the value of the damages caused (whichever is greater) will apply.
