The old, restored railway shed houses two copper pot stills making award-winning Single Malt Whisky. Rum, Gin, Schnapps, Limoncello and the famous Coffee Cream Liqueur are also on offer! Chat with one of the team and learn about the art of small-batch distilling and the local illicit distilling history. They are also very proud of their unique 'Aussie Craft Spirit Wall' with over 300 offerings from other small-batch Australian distilleries.

The 'Shed' also serves as the central hub for local produce in the area. Over 13 local producers within a 50 km radius supply the shed with their goods. Lunch is served daily on the covered deck overlooking the rail trail and bookings are advised.
