Changes & cancellations

  • Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking. 
  • Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival for a full refund. 
  • If cancellation is received after 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, the park will retain the first-night deposit as a cancellation fee. 
  • Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit. 
  • The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder and payment card must be present at check-in. 
  • Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights. 

Early Bird:  

  • Full payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. 
  • Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking. 
  • Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit. 
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, vouchers, or special rates. 
  • The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.

Semi Flexible – 30 days:

  • Outstanding balance due in full at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

  • Should you wish to cancel or change your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit payment. 
  • If the notice of your cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, deposits paid are non-refundable. 
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit. 
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.

Pets

Deposits & payments

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • The deposit amount may change based on the tariff type selected.

Fees

  • Rates are nightly for up to two people, unless otherwise indicated. Infants under three years old stay free; fees apply as indicated for additional guests two years old and over.
  • All guests under 18 years old are to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
  • Day visitors over two years old will be charged at $20 per person.
  • Rates and minimum booking periods are subject to change without notice.
  • Rates are subject to availability at the time of reservation, and blackout dates may apply.

What you need to know

Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability. Some rates or packages may not be changed or cancelled. 

  • All accommodation and facilities are non-smoking.
  • BIG4 membership must be valid at the time of arrival to receive applicable discount.
  • Cots, highchairs, hair dryers and disabled aids are available at no additional charge.
  • Special requests are subject to availability at the time of request.
  • Bunk Beds: “Warning – due to the statistical chance of significant injury children under the age of nine years old are not permitted to use the top bunk; children must not play on top bunk.” (Australian Standards AS/NZS 4220:2003)
  • Occupancy: sites - up to eight people, (maximum four adults) per site. In consideration of guests following onto your site, please relocate tents additional to your caravan and annex, every three days. Maximum additional tent may be no more than 2.4 x 2.4m. Accommodation - up to the maximum occupancy as specified.
  • BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Queenscliff Beacon is family orientated and, with this in mind, an 10pm noise curfew is in place to ensure enjoyment for all guests.
  • Guests may be requested to provide photo ID and a valid credit card on arrival. VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Guests agree that all information they provide for their booking is true and correct.
