Overview

These Deluxe Cabins have an ocean view, feature two bedrooms, and sleep up to 6 people.

They are ideal for family and friends to have a holiday in along the Great Ocean Road. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two sets of single bunks, and all linen is supplied. There is a fully self-contained kitchen, a shower, and split system heating/air conditioning. The private balcony with outdoor setting is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or to watch the sunset with a great ocean view.

Reception hours

Reception hours are 9am-6pm. There is a mobile number displayed outside of Reception for afterhours emergencies. Guests arriving outside of these times must contact the park during reception hours to make late arrival arrangements.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation of Peak and Shoulder season bookings require 28 days notice from day of arrival to receive a full refund including any credit card charges.
Cancellation of Off-Peak Season bookings requires 7 days notice to day of arrival to receive a refund.
Cancellation of Off-Peak 'Special Deals' reqiure 72 hours notice to day of arrival to receive a refund.

Pets

Only medicallly certified dogs. Medical certification documentation must be provided to the park, and the dog must be kept on a lead and wear the relevant certification identification vest when in the park.

Deposits & payments

The park shall have total discretion in the acceptance of bookings made online or in any other way. Park management may refuse to accept a booking for any reason. Bookings of a "schoolies" nature will not be accepted.

Deposits and Payments:

  • OFF-PEAK SPECIAL DEALS:
  • 50% Deposit will be payable at the time of booking with the balance due 72 hours from the day of arrival.
  • No online booking fees apply.
  • All bookings are in AUD$ and include GST.

Special Requests:
  • Special requests are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation.

Park Rules:

  • Park Rules apply and are a condition of stay at this Park.
  • All vehicles including cars, vans, bikes and scooters must not exceed 10km/h within the park grounds. Please be aware of pedestrian and bike riders (particularly children) at all times. 
  • It is the parent's or guardian's responsibility to ensure that children understand and comply with all park rules.
  • All children must be accompanied to the amenities by a person of a responsible age. It is the parent's or guardian's responsibility to ensure safe supervision of children when using the playground facilities, and to ensure appropriate behaviour when using all other communal facilities.
  • Please note that all communal facilities are non-smoking/non-vaping. Please ensure that facilities are used for their intended purpose, (i.e. do not wash dishes in the laundry, do not wash clothes in the camp kitchen), and are left in a clean and tidy condition after use.
  • Noise must not be a nuisance to other guests. Please keep all noise to a minimum and music off after 10.30pm.
  • All visitors must be registered at reception when entering the park. Day visitors are not permitted to bring cars into the park unless management has given prior approval. Site holders are fully responsible for ensuring appropriate behaviour of both day, and overnight visitors and the payment of appropriate fees.
  • Please note all domestic garbage is to be placed in waste bins provided throughout the park. As we are not provided with a recycling pickup, we ask that you assist us in doing our bit to save the planet by placing all recyclables in the trailer provided in the front car park. We will then transport them to the local recycling staion here in Apollo Bay.
  • Bikes, scooters etc. are not permitted after daylight, helmets must be worn at all times by all persons.
  • The park does not allow fires on individual sites but we do have a communal fire pit for all to enjoy. 
  • Australian standards relate to the use of bunk beds and state that "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to sleep in the top bunk", and "Children must not play on the top bunk". Please take this into consideration when making a booking.
  • Minimum stays may apply at certain times of the year.
  • There is no charge for children under two years of age.
  • Except for medically certified dogs, animals are not permitted. Medical certification documentation must be provided to the park, and the dog must be kept on a lead and wearing the relevant certification identification vest when in the park.
  • Please remember, our powered sites are quite large but only allow for a set up for one caravan, motorhome or camper trailer, a maximum of 4 adults are allowed per site.
  • Our unpowered sites are for tents only.
  • All accommodation types allow for one car per site/cabin.
  • Rooms are to be left in a satisfactory condition on departure, please note if the room is not left in an acceptable manner extra cleaning charges may apply.
 
  • Management reserves the right to refuse a booking at any time, for the reasons below but not limited to:
  • Not the person named when the booking was made.
  • Not the person named on the credit card or does not have the authorised use of the card.
  • Not be able to pay for any outstanding charges.
  • May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
  • May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
  • Be younger than 18 years old and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
  • Be concealing an animal (medically certified dogs are allowed).
  • Be involved in a group that is not suited to the park as deemed by management.
  • We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way, causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language, or otherwise breaking park rules.
  • No refund will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.

Emergency Management Plan:

  • In the case of an EMERGENCY, you should (when directed by Emergency Services and/or management):
    - Secure your valuables
    - Turn off power and gas to your site
    - Close all windows, doors and hatches
    - Gather your family members
    - Walk to the playground area.
  • YOU SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO MOVE YOUR CAR, CARAVAN, MOTORHOME ETC.
  • In the case of any EMERGENCY, notify reception or a staff member and call 000. Fire blankets are located in all park units. For emergency matters outside of office hours, please see the contact number for the night duty manager on call, located outside reception.
