wawa biik offers Taungurung-led cultural experiences across diverse biocultural landscapes of Taungurung Country. 'wawa biik’ means ‘hello country' in Taungurung language – both a recognition of the deep importance of Country to all Taungurung People and a warm invitation to the wider community to say hello to Country and deepen their relationship with Taungurung culture.

Experiences immerse visitors in the Taungurung story – a resilient and inspiring story that spans thousands of years – to learn about Taungurung cultural heritage, ceremony, the impacts of colonisation on Country and provide them the opportunity to celebrate the next generation of Taungurung Culture. Choose from half day experiences in Nagambie and Euroa.

All experiences are led by two Taungurung Cultural Tour Guides and include a Welcome Smoking Ceremony, yarning circle, guided cultural walk and morning tea.
