Changes & cancellations
- Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
- If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
- Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay
Bookings Staying (18th December 2026 - 25th January 2027)
- Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 1 December 2026.
- Modifications to bookings after 1 December will attract a fee of 100% of total booking cost.
- Cancellations made to bookings are allowed up to 1 December 2026.
- Cancellations made to bookings after 1 December will attract a fee of 100% of total booking cost
- Refunds are not offered for reduction in nights stayed due to changes in weather.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Booking must be made under the name of person attending the park
- Total occupant numbers must be listed on the reservation.
- All attempts to accommodate room / site requests will be made however we cannot guarantee a specific room or site.
Bookings Staying (24th - 29th March 2027)
- Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 1st March 2027 without penalty
- Modifications to bookings from 1st Match 2027 will attract a 100% fee of any monies paid
- Cancellations made to bookings are allowed up to 1st March 2027 without penalty
- Cancellations made to bookings from 1st Match 2027 will attract a 100% cancellation fee

Group Bookings: Cancellations - 30 days prior to arrival will lose one nights deposit on all sites/cabins booked. Strictly no alterations to numbers of persons staying within 30 DAYS of arrival date during Peak season/long weekends or event weekends. Refunds/Cancellation Policy - (Non Group Booking)
Prior to 14 days of arrival date - Refund of deposit less $30 administration fee. 14 days or less of arrival date - No refund unless we are able to re-let the accommodation for the same period of the original booking. Administration fee will apply. For group bookings - Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit a one nights deposit for each cabin/site booked.
Pets
We know how important the furry member of the family is and that you want to enjoy your break in Bendigo with all of your family members. Dogs are welcome at BIG4 Tasman Bendigo on powered sites and in dog-friendly accommodation, during non-peak times. To ensure the enjoyment and comfort of all park patrons, the following Dog Policy must be adhered to by all dog owners.
Before you arrive, please ensure you register your dog with your booking.
The following dog policy applies at BIG4 Tasman Bendigo:
1. Acceptance of any dog is entirely at the sole discretion of Management. Management must be advised of all dogs entering the park.
2. For health and safety reasons dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park, camp kitchen areas, BBQs, children's play areas, pool area and entertainment areas.
3. With the exception of our Dog-Friendly accommodation, no dogs are to be in or near cabins at any time for any reason. Failure to observe this rule will render the guest subject to immediate eviction without refund. Cleaning costs may apply (up to $200).
4. No dogs may be left unattended at any time. Please take your dog out with you if you leave the park. See us at Reception for a Doggy Daycare location nearby.
5. Dogs may be walked around park on a leash only and kept under strict control at all times whilst in the park. A leash must be no more than 2 metres in length. This includes no dog ‘runs’ to be set up by dog owners (portable dog enclosures are permitted).
6. All sites must be kept clean at all times. Owners must clean up after their dog immediately, please remove left over food, wrap droppings and place in rubbish bin.
7. Barking dogs can detract from the enjoyment of other patrons. Please attempt to keep your dog quiet. Constant barking or howling cannot be tolerated and will result in eviction. The dog owner must agree that the park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests
8. Washing machines and laundry sinks are strictly for human washing only. If you need to spruce up your furry friend, see us at Reception to find a nearby dog wash facility or groomer. We would like to thank you for your co-operation and hope you and your dog enjoy your stay with us. Your co-operation will ensure all guests have a comfortable stay and that we can continue to welcome dogs into our Holiday Park.
Our park is just a short walk from the Bendigo Racecourse and the Bendigo Botanic Gardens. Both are ideal locations for a walk with your dog.

Perks+ and VIPerks members Terms & Conditions
- Perks can only be redeemed once per stay and will be provided to the person who is named on the membership card.
- A minimum of one perk will be available during your stay, on request and subject to availability.
- Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Late Checkout is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Accommodation Upgrade is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Complementary first half hour Pedal Cart hire.
- In-park Perks can be updated at any time and without prior notice.
- In-park Perks are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
- Some perks like early check-in and late check out may need to be requested in advance, simply check your booking conditions for details.
- In-park Perks terms and conditions are at the discretion of each BIG4 holiday park – they can be conditional on types of stay, such as cabin guests vs site guests and type of membership such as Perks+ and VIPerks.
When booking online, please note we do not accept group bookings for:
- Bucks/Hens parties
- End of year sports team break up trips
- 18th/21st birthday groups.
- Any person under the age of 18 years cannot make a booking in their name.
If you book and pay online you will not be refunded any monies paid if, on arrival, you are deemed to be one of these groups. Please phone on 1800 062 340 (free call) and speak to management if you have questions about this policy.
Balance of account to be paid on arrival by cash, Mastercard, Visa or EFTPOS. Tariffs quoted are based on the number of persons specified on booking. If this number changes the tariff will alter. Prices quoted are current at time of booking, but are subject to review and may change without notice. No cheques are accepted upon arrival to pay for accommodation, cheques need to be cleared prior to arrival.
Later Arrivals: After 5pm.
If you are going to be a later arrival after 7pm, please let the office staff know at time of booking or add notes into online booking page. We are then able to relay additional information in relation to collecting keys. Any outstanding amount will then be asked for to complete your booking.
For the health, comfort and convenience of all park patrons the following conditions apply and will be enforced:
- All accommodation and park facilities are smoke free zones.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children, and others under 18 years in their care.
- At all times, no continuous noise will not be tolerated, particularly after 10pm.
- Only one vehicle, per site permitted unless prior arrangement has been made with management.
- No open fires permitted (including wood fueled barbecues). Fire bans to be obeyed at all times.
- Please observe normal laws and regulations regarding bicycle safety No riding bikes, scooters on concrete pathways, particularly around the amenities block. No racing or deliberate skidding. Bikes and/or scooters not permitted inside cabins under any circumstances.
- Jumping pillow is off limits when deflating and inflating and is not to be used after dark.
- Basketball court, mini golf and playground area are off limits after dark for the safety and wellbeing of all guests particularly children.
- No car or van washing permitted due to ongoing water restrictions in park. Please see reception for the closest vehicle washing facilities in the area.
Park facilities are for the use of park patrons only. Visitors must report to the office. Park management reserves the right to prohibit entry to and/or remove persons from the parks without refund of monies paid.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE STRICTLY A TOURIST PARK AND DO NOT CATER FOR PERMANENT/SEMI PERMANENT RESIDENCY.
