Overview

Our 6 Berth Luxury Safari Tent has 2 bedrooms, queen bed in the main room, 2 sets of bunks in the 2nd bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, one 55"Smart TV, large lounge/dining, and a large deck with seating. Split system air conditioner/heater. All linen pillows and towels provided. BYO pool towels.

Changes & cancellations

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation handling fee: $50 (cabins) $20 (sites).

If you need to cancel, here’s what you need to know:

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: Sorry, no refund.
  • For school holidays, long weekends, public holidays, and local special events: Please notify us at least 30 days before your arrival for a full refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee.

 

Pets

  • Dogs are permitted on sites at the manager’s discretion.
  • It will not be possible to book with a dog on BIG4.com.au. Please contact our Park directly.
  • Pet owners are directly responsible for disposing of their dogs waste, and will be held responsible for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or loss. Pets are not to be left unattended. For health and safety reasons pets are not permitted in common areas. eg. BBQ area, Pool enclosure, recreation room, camp kitchen etc.
  • We have a dog wash and a dog off lead area onsite.

Deposits & payments

  • To secure your accommodation, you'll need to pay a deposit equal to the first night's rate. Full payment is due 7 days before your arrival.
  • During peak periods, a deposit of $300 is required for cabins and $150 for powered sites at booking. Full payment is due 30 days before your arrival. For online bookings, please pay in full when you book.

Fees

Accommodation rates:

  • Rates are per night for up to two people, unless stated otherwise.
  • Infants under two years old stay free!
  • Extra adult rates apply for guests over 15 years ($20 per night).
  • Extra children rates apply for guests aged 3 to 15 years ($15 per night).
  • All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Day visitors over two years old will be charged $10 per adult and $5 per child.

Check-out time is 10am. Need a late check-out? Just let our office know in advance. A fee applies for check-outs longer than half an hour.

What you need to know

We’re a family-friendly park! To ensure everyone’s comfort, please set up your caravan and camping gear before 9 pm, unless you’ve arranged something special with the Manager. Thanks for your understanding!

We reserve the right to refuse any booking if we believe:

  • You are not the person named on the booking.
  • You are not the cardholder or not authorised to use the card.
  • You cannot pay for any charges.
  • You may cause damage to the park or disturb other guests.
  • You exhibit unacceptable behaviour, like causing damage, disturbing others, using foul language, or breaking park rules.
  • You are under 18 and not accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • You are hiding a dog or any unauthorised animal.

By entering our Holiday Park, you and your child/ren agree to be photographed while enjoying our facilities for promotional material for BIG4 Bendigo Marong Holiday Park.

Groovin the Moo weekend:

  • All bookings need a $500.00 security deposit upon arrival. This will be refunded when you leave, provided our rules are followed and no damage occurs.
  • The person named on the booking takes full responsibility for the behaviour of all guests and any damage caused.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd doesn’t own any specific BIG4 Holiday Park. We facilitate the booking service but are not responsible for the quality of services, facilities, or payments. All bookings are made directly with the owner of the BIG4 Member Park, so BIG4 Holiday Parks won’t accept any claims for refunds or credits.
