Our two bedroom Banksia Cottages sleep up to six people. There is a queen bed and television in the main bedroom, and two sets of folding single bunk beds in the second bedroom. All bedding and linen are provided. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with four burner gas stove/oven, microwave and large fridge. The lounge/dining area has a two or three seater sofa, television, DVD player, and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and vanity.

Cancellation & changes
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Individual Bookings: Refunds will be issued, minus a $25.00 administration fee, with 30 days or more notice. If less than 30 days notice is given, deposits will be refunded, excluding a $25 administration fee, only if the vacancy is resold.
Group Bookings (5 or more cabins/powered sites): Refunds will be given, less a $25.00 administration fee, with 60 days or more notice. Deposits, minus a $25 administration fee, will be refunded only if the vacancy is resold.
No Refunds for Early Departure.
Full Payment: Full payment is required no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date for reservations. Failure to provide full payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the reservation, and your deposit shall be forfeited as outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
* Individual Bookings:

Payment & deposits
A credit card deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation is required at time of booking unless otherwise specified. The balance is due on check-in.

BIG4 Ballarat Windmill Holiday Park - Rules for Holidaying with Your Dog
IMPORTANT:
- TWELVE fully fenced and NINE unfenced Pet-Friendly Sites available.
- SEVEN Pet-Friendly Cabin available.
- Pets are not permitted in any other cabins or on any other sites
- Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.
Rules of Holidaying with Your Dog at BIG4 Ballarat Windmill Holiday Park
These rules are the minimum BIG4 standards and requirements for our four-legged guests.
- The pet owner must agree to and sign the standard ‘BIG4 Dog Policy Dog Owner Agreement’ document on arrival at BIG4 Ballarat Windmill. Please note that management reserves the right to refuse entry of a pet.
- It is the pet owners responsibility to ensure their pet is up to date with vaccinations and flea treatments.
- The pet must be supervised at all times and never left unattended including inside our pet-friendly cabins or on our pet-friendly sites.
- The pet must be leashed at all times whilst not in our pet-friendly cabins or inside our fully fenced pet-friendly sites.
- For health and safety reasons pets are not allowed in any common areas of the park including pool areas, games rooms, camp kitchens, amenities, playgrounds, reception or any public areas.
- Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet's waste in a sealed ‘doggy do’ plastic bag in a rubbish bin. These bags are available at the Pet Billabong, pet-friendly camp kitchen, and reception.
- For health and safety reasons any pet related accessories such as dog blankets, etc. should not be washed or cleaned within the park.
- Pet owners are personally responsible and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their pet.
- Pet owners will be responsible for all costs associated with any damage to furniture, flooring and cabin.
- The pet owner must agree that the park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests. It is the pet owner’s responsibility and the pet owner’s alone to control and manage their pet. If in the view of the park management this has not happened to an acceptable level, management reserves the right to immediately evict the owner and their pet from the park, without warning.

The Park will process a charge against your Credit Card and send a confirmation to the email address supplied. Reception Hours - 8.30am-6.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact us during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. No Shows - Guests who fail to arrive on designated day - or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements - will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special Requests - are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. Credit Card Required - A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stays may apply as noted on the booking screen at various times of year and for various offers. Pets - with the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted in the park. We have one dog-friendly cabin only and limited dog-friendly sites within our designated dog-friendly zone called ""Scentral Park"". Please call before you book to confirm availability. Fees for Under 2-year-olds - No charge under 2 years. Check Out - by 10 am. Late checkouts can be arranged at extra charge where available. Check In - from 2 pm. Right of Refusal - We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: * Not be the same person named on the booking request * Not be the same person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card * Not be able to pay for charges * May cause damage to property of the Park or other guests * May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour * Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age * Be concealing a pet or other unauthorised animal * For any other justifiable reason. Socially Unacceptable Behaviour - We reserve the right to eject guests deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given. Charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Discount - BIG4 card, valid on date of arrival and in the guest's name, must be shown to receive BIG4 Member discount.
Adding Collection Costs
In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs."
