Booking terms and conditions

Best Flexible Rate & Kids Stay Free:

• Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
• First night is payable at the time of booking.
• Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
• If notice of your cancellation is received within 24 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

Early Bird:

• Non-Refundable credit card pre-payment is required for entire stay at the time of booking.
• Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.

Semi-Flexible Rate (7 Day Cancellation)

• Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• First night is payable at the time of booking. Outstanding payment due 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
• If notice of your cancellation is received within 7 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Reservations made within 7 days to arrival require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Semi-Flexible Rate (30 Day Cancellation)

• Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• First night is payable at the time of booking. Outstanding payment due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
• If notice of your cancellation is received within 30 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Reservations made within 30 days to arrival require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Summer Holiday Rate

• Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• First night is payable at the time of booking. Outstanding payment due 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
• If notice of your cancellation is received within 90 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Reservations made within 90 days to arrival require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Stay 4 Save 20%:

• Minimum of 4 nights stay applicable.
• First night Non-Refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
• Reservations may be cancelled or amended up until 2pm prior to your arrival with the first night non refundable payment forfeited.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
• Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
• If you wish to reduce your nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we will hold your remaining funds in credit for 12 months from the day of cancellation.

1. Guests must read and abide by the terms of this Pet Policy.
2. All decisions regarding pets are at the Park Manager’s discretion. 
3. Blackout dates apply during popular periods and vary by park. Visit the page for your park of choice to see dates. 
4. There is a limit of one (1) pet per booking unless a prior arrangement has been made for additional pets. 
5. Guests must accept full responsibility and indemnify the Park Manager/owner for any claims by (or injuries to) third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s). 
6. Guests shall be liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) and shall pay the park immediately for any costs incurred. Note: A minimum $200 cleaning charge may apply if a cabin has been soiled. 
7. All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception on arrival. 
8. Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and sites. 
9. Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash at all times when you are not in your tent or caravan. 
10. Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site/cabin fees. 
11. For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or park facilities under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds and lagoon areas. 
12. Pets may only be walked on park roadways. 
13. Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately. 
14. Guests are encouraged to bring their dog’s bedding.

Extra Guest(s) & Visitor Policy:

• Extra adults are $20-$22 per night.
• Extra children $15-$16 per night.
• Day visitors visiting a guest staying in the park will incur a fee from $15 per person (all adults and children).
• Day visitors must report to reception and will not have access to the facilities without payment of the day use fee.

Child Policy:

• Infant: 0-1 years inclusive (free of charge).
• Child: 2-15 years (extra child rate applies).
• Adult: 16 years and above.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
