Overview

Our Pelican Cabin features a main bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with single bunk beds. Linen and towels provided. The open-plan lounge/dining area includes a bathroom, split system heating/cooling, TV, decking, and parking for one vehicle. The fully equipped kitchen offers a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, cutlery and utensils. 

For family reunions, we offer identical twin Standard Cabins with a large, shared deck, perfect for group stays.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation Policy

All refunds and reschedules are subject to availability and at the business’s discretion.

All refund and reschedule requests must be received in writing.

  • 24 hours within booking made – 100% refund (this does not include once arrived on site)
  • + 60 days before date requested – 80% refund
  • 30 – 60 before date requested – 60% refund
  • 29 – 14 before date requested – 50% refund
  • 13 days or less – no refund

Please note the cancellation policy applies to anyone wanting to cancel, regardless of the reason for cancelling.

Reschedule Policy

  • Up to 7 days prior to arrival, bookings may be rescheduled to a future date.
  • You can reschedule to a future date, within 9 months of your original booking date.
  • If a booking is rescheduled the cancellation policy no longer applies.

Pets

All campsites are pet friendly all year round.

Your pets must be under your control at all times.

Please pick up your pet’s poop.

Deposits & payments

All bookings require full payment upfront.

Fees

BIG4 Eagle Point Caravan Park reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee at the Managers discretion for cabins or sites left in an inappropriate manner.

What you need to know

Check-In & Checkout

  • All guests are sent a pre-check-in email on the day of arrival directing you to your site or cabin.
  • We do offer late checkout on all cabins and sites if they are not booked for the following night.
  • Please make sure you check with staff if you wish for a late checkout.

Cabin Bedding

  • Bedding, including sheets, blankets/doonas, pillows and pillowcases are provided to all beds.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins or communal facilities, e.g. Bathrooms, Kitchen, etc.

Maximum Number Guests

  • We reserve the right to have a maximum number of guests in the cabins and the larger camping sites.
  • If we do believe there are more than the maximum number of guests that stayed in the room, there is a $20.00 fee per person that will be charged to the provided card.

Minimum Number Guests

  • We reserve the right to have a minimum number of guests in the cabins, the houses, and the larger camping sites.

Noise

  • Noise restrictions are implemented at 10pm.
  • All music needs to be turned off, and any other noise kept down to a minimum.
