Reception hours
Reception hours vary during certain periods of the year. Normal reception hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm. Guests arriving outside these hours should contact the Park reception during the above hours to make alternate arrangements.
Changes & cancellations
- Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
- If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
- Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
Pets
Dogs are welcome at Managers discretion, dates may apply.
Deposits & payments
- First night is payable at the time of booking.
- Total stay cost to be paid 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park or park listed on BIG4.com.au. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
