There’s no need to book three hotel suites. These generously sized three-bedroom condos are designed to fit everyone comfortably, giving families and groups the space, privacy and flexibility that hotel rooms simply cannot.

Designed for families who value room to move and clean, modern facilities, each condo features open-plan living, contemporary furnishings and plenty of natural light. There is space to relax, space to spread out and space for everyone to feel at home.

Located within a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, you may find yourselves eating out often, however the full kitchen with stone benchtops and modern appliances is always there for easy breakfasts, shared dinners or anything in between. The large living and dining area makes it simple to spend time together after a day out exploring, and the private verandah offers elevated views across Launceston, especially striking in the evening when the city lights come on.

Three separate bedrooms provide genuine flexibility for parents, kids or grandparents, making these condos ideal for multi-generational travel or two families sharing. Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with private ensuite, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two bunk sets sleeping four. Please note the bunk beds are not pre-made, however fresh linen is provided for all nominated occupants.

Beyond your condo, the park offers wide landscaped grounds, communal outdoor areas and a jumping pillow for kids, creating a relaxed, open environment where families have space to move, play and spend time together rather than being confined to a building.

Our on-site curated providore is a specialty store within reception, stocked with Tasmanian produce, wines, whiskies, beers, ciders, gourmet foods, keepsakes and woollen goods, making it easy to enjoy and take home a taste of the state during your stay.

Set in the heart of Launnie, you are ideally positioned to explore Northern Tasmania. Cataract Gorge, the city centre, parks, gardens, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, while the Tamar Valley, food trails, heritage towns and scenic drives are all a short drive away.

Open daily, 7 days a week. Summer hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm. Winter hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm. Closed on Christmas Day.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellations of a booking received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, can be processed in 2 ways: the deposit amount is refundable, less a $30 administration fee, or the full deposit amount is held as a credit to put towards a future stay, to be used within 6 months. Cancellations received within 30 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeit of the deposit and full balance paid. Change of dates can be made at any time up until 30 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. Changes made within 30 days are also subject to availability. Any change of rates for the new travel dates will require payment of the difference at the time the changes are applied.

Sorry, we aren't pet friendly. Our park is home to abundant wildlife, making it unsuitable for pets.

Deposits & payments

To confirm your reservation/s, a deposit is required at the time of booking via credit card. Failure to receive a deposit will result in automatic cancellation of the booking/s. Payment of the final remaining balance is due prior to 30 days of your arrival date. Failure to receive the final balance payment 30 days prior to your arrival will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation and the forfeit of the deposit. Some transaction fees may apply.

Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted. All cabin accommodation is non-smoking.

Australian Standards maintain that children need to be 9 years old or older to sleep on the top bunk in cabin accommodation, and even though it's fun, they are not allowed to play on the top bunk. Please make your booking with this in mind.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

  • Not be the person named on the booking request.
  • Be deemed to be carrying out unlawful activities.
  • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
  • Not be able to pay for any charges.
  • Who may cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
  • That may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
  • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
  • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
