Impressive new self-contained villas. These bright and welcoming villas have 2 bedrooms which is ideal for families, travelling couples or for a single couple wanting to enjoy a spacious modern villa. Sleeping up to six guests with main with a queen ensemble and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a set of single bunk beds.

The practical kitchen has an electric cooktop, a microwave and a full size refrigerator. With its own contemporary ensuite bathroom, flat screen television, corner modular chaise, dining as well as a reverse cycle air-conditioner keeping you warm and toasty in winter or cool and fresh in summer.

The outside verandah with beautiful views of Launceston (especially of an evening) is the perfect place to sit down and relax.

On-site laundrette facilities are available for use 24/7 as well as a designated BBQ and outdoor seating area. Our providore and gift shop is open during office hours, enabling you to stock up on Tasmanian goods and wares.

Please note that whilst linen is provided for nominated occupants only the ensemble and single beds will be made up.

Being only a short-drive or leisurely stroll to the iconic Cataract Gorge, Launceston Hospital or to the centre of Launceston - a bustling city with unique shops, restaurants parks and gardens. Our inner-city location is the perfect destination to experience all of the wonderful attractions around the North of Tasmania.

Open daily, 7 days a week. Summer hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Winter hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on Christmas Day.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellations of a booking received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, can be processed in 2 ways: the deposit amount is refundable, less a $30 administration fee, or the full deposit amount is held as a credit to put towards a future stay, to be used within 6 months. Cancellations received within 30 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeit of the deposit and full balance paid. Change of dates can be made at any time up until 30 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. Changes made within 30 days are also subject to availability. Any change of rates for the new travel dates will require payment of the difference at the time the changes are applied.

Deposits & payments

To confirm your reservation/s, a deposit is required at the time of booking via credit card. Failure to receive a deposit will result in automatic cancellation of the booking/s. Payment of the final remaining balance is due prior to 30 days of your arrival date. Failure to receive the final balance payment 30 days prior to your arrival will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation and the forfeit of the deposit. Some transaction fee's may apply.

Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted. All cabin accommodation is non-smoking.

Australian Standards maintain that children need to be 9 years old or older to sleep on the top bunk in cabin accommodation, and even though it's fun, they are not allowed to play on the top bunk. Please make your booking with this in mind.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

  • Not be the person named on the booking request.
  • Be deemed to be carrying out unlawful activities.
  • Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
  • Not be able to pay for any charges.
  • Who may cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
  • That may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
  • Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
  • Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
