Natural Setting

Enjoy seeing the wildlife in its natural state including cheeky possums, potoroos, wallabies and eastern spotted quolls and if you are lucky you might spot one of our unique Tasmanian Devils or do a beach walk and you're likely to find one of our local seals basking in the sun. Bird watching is always entertaining with red bill, sea birds, tawny frog mouth owls & many more.

The rarest & most beautiful is this albino wallaby. It isn't found in the park but, but lives nearby, & we just ask anyone who may be driving late in the evenings & early mornings, to always be on the lookout for any wildlife.

Watch out if you are eating your sandwich, seagulls above!

Tawny Frogmouth Owls aren't normally seen through the day, particularly sitting on top of the access post for the security gate.
