Changes & cancellations
For stays during high season must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 30 days of arrival payment will only be refunded if your booking space is able to be resold otherwise all payments are forfeited. Cancellations at other times can be made up to 2 days prior to arrival. A $35 cancellation fee will be charged, or all payments made may be held on credit to be used at another time within 6 months. This credit cannot be transferred to another person.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Deposits and Payments: Payment in full by credit card is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or address supplied.

Reception hours are 9am to 5.00pm during cooler months & 9am to 6pm summer months. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Fees may apply to arrivals after 8pm. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night.
Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. A minimum stay may apply during high season, a minimum of 3 nights at Easter. Additional adult and children (2 years & over) rates will apply. There is no charge under 2 years.
Pets: With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted.
Australian Standards maintain that children need to be 9 years old or older to sleep on the top bunk in cabin accommodation, and even though it's fun, they are not allowed to play on the top bunk. Please make your booking with this in mind.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
• Not be the person named on the booking request.
• Be deemed to be carrying out unlawful activities.
• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
• Not be able to pay for any charges.
• Who may cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
• That may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.
• Check out time is 10am. Late check outs may be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check in time is from 2pm-6pm. Day visitor rates applies.
