Changes & cancellations
ALL YEAR (EXCLUDING HIGH): Deposits will be refunded if the Park is notified of the cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. If notice is received less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival the Park will retain all of the deposit.
• On-line booking fees will not be refunded.
• There are no refunds for early departures.
• A $20 administration fee for all cancellations will be deducted from any refunds given.
HIGH: Deposits will be refunded if you notify BIG4 Loxton Riverfront Holiday Park at least 60 days before your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than 60 days' notice, your deposit will only be refunded if the site/cabin is resold for the entire reservation period. Failure to notify the Park of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled without any refund to you.

If your reservation falls during Dec 26 to Jan 10, Easter or over a long weekend: All reservations must be pre-paid in full and final payment must be received prior to December 1 for Christmas and 14 days prior to arrival for Easter and long weekend reservations for all accommodation and all sites. Any cancellation received after December 1 or within 14 days prior to Easter and long weekend arrivals will not receive a refund and 100% of the reservation payment will be retained by BIG4 Loxton. The full amount of payment will be refunded only if the accommodation or site is relet for the full period it was initially booked for.
Early departure: No refunds will be given should you decide to cut your stay short, particularly during peak periods when minimum stays apply.
Pets: A $20 pet cleaning fee applies for stays in our pet friendly cabins. The fee is paid directly to the park.

What you need to know
General Information:
1. **If your cabin has bunk beds** Bunk Beds: Please be advised that under Workplace Health and Safety obligations we must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2003 which states “children under the age of nine years are not permitted to use the top bunk, children must not play on the top bunk". Please take this into consideration when making your booking. (Ensuite Sites do not have bunk beds, Ensuite sites are powered ensuite sites for caravans)
2. Occupants: The quoted tariff is based on the number of adults and children provided at the time of booking. Should the number vary, the tariff may alter. Please note, that for cabins a maximum number of occupants applies for each cabin style, as noted on our website. These maximums include infants and cannot be exceeded. For sites, up to six occupants per site. All bookings at the resort must include one adult (over 18 years of age) in the reservation and all children must be accompanied by an adult during their stay.
3. Check-in time is 2pm for cabins and 11am for sites. Check-out time is 10am. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, however cabins/sites may not be immediately available. Requests for late check-outs are subject to availability. Should it be possible to offer a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applicable.
4. Office hours are 8:30am-5.30pm (time may vary dependant upon the season). Should you be arriving outside of these hours just let us know and we’ll make special arrangements. Please note, that BIG4 Loxton Riverfront Holiday Park is closed on Christmas Day. Arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for this day.
5. All accommodation, and facilities are non-smoking.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
