Overview

This pet-friendly cabin offers a comfortable and convenient stay, featuring one double bed and a bunk bed. Linen and towels are provided. The space includes a private entrance via steps and a fully fenced outdoor area, ideal for relaxing or accommodating pets. Inside, you'll find a reverse cycle air conditioner, a two-seater lounge, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, electric kettle, cooktop (no oven), microwave, toaster, and all necessary utensils for meal preparation. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and hair dryer.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice will be offered a full refund. *

Alternatively, you can choose to allocate all money paid to be held on your guest account for future redemption. Holds are limited to a maximum of 12 months from the date of cancellation. After 12 months, all money held will not be honoured or refunded.

  • Cancellations of less than 72 hours' notice will not be refunded the deposit amount.*

Early departures or change of dates are not eligible for a refund unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy.

Guests who fail to notify of cancellation or non-arrivals will forfeit all money paid.

Refund conditions

If you have provided the required notice of cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy and are entitled to receive a refund, the deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Deposits & payments

Deposits: A deposit of the first night’s rates is required to secure a booking. An additional deposit may be required during peak periods.

Payments: The balance of your account is payable on arrival. Any additional charges incurred during your stay are payable direct to the Park and must be settled prior to departure.

What you need to know

Check In: Guests can check in from 2.00 pm ACST for Cabins stays and 12.00 pm ACST for Sites. For arrivals after 5.00 pm, please notify the Park to arrange an after hours check in. Pre-payment of the remaining booking costs is required when arranging an after hours arrival.

Check Out: On the departure date, guests are required to check out by 10.00 am.

Reception Hours: receptions are open 8.30 am – 5.30 pm weekdays and 9.00 am- 5.00 pm weekends and public holidays.

Rates: All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes GST (where applicable). Displayed rates are based on two persons occupying sites/cabins. Extra person rates apply for each additional person. Rates may be subject to change without notice.

Changes to Bookings: Bookings can be moved in accordance with availability. Pricing may change, however, depending on the new booking site/ cabin category and booking period. Deposits paid can be held in client accounts for a maximum of 12 months. If a stay hasn’t been rebooked within the 12-month period, the deposit will be retained by the Park.

Minimum Age: You must be 18 years or older to make a booking. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Special Requests: We will endeavour to cater for special requests but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that these will be met.

Visitors: Guests are more than welcome to have visitors at the Park! Please ask your visitors to sign in at reception. Visitors staying overnight can be added to your booking at an additional cost (subject to maximum guest number for site/cabin).

Maximum Number of Guests Per Site/Cabin: The number of people accommodated in each cabin must not exceed the number of beds available. A maximum of 6 people is permitted per site.

Tent and Swags:  Sites must be booked for all tents and swags. They cannot be pitched alongside cabins or in communal areas.

Minimum Nights: A minimum booking period may apply depending on stay dates.

Linen: Linen is provided for cabin bookings. All main beds are made and towels supplied. Linen packs for top bunks are available in each cabin.

Pets: Pets are welcome on Powered Sites and in dedicated Pet Cabins in accordance with the Pet Policy and at the Park Team’s discretion.

Dedicated Pet Cabins are identified as such by name and the pet-friendly symbol, and are limited to 2 pets.

Failure to adhere to the Pet Policy may result in additional expenses or eviction.

Servicing of Rooms: For stays of 7 nights or longer, a room service may be requested. Please contact the Park Team to arrange.

Damages/Loss: Guests are liable for any damage to or loss of Park facilities and cabin appliances, furniture, fixtures and fittings, keys and gate passes. General wear and tear excluded. If excessive cleaning is required after departure a fee may apply.

Behaviour: A right to refuse entry is reserved by the Park Team. Anti-social behaviour is not acceptable and may result in any guest, visitor, or member of the public being immediately evicted from the Park. Such behaviour includes but is not limited to: causing damage, disturbing other guests, tempered language and profanities or otherwise breaking park behavioural standards. Alcohol may be consumed at your allocated site or cabin, and in the camp kitchen and BBQ areas only. Drunken or disorderly behaviour or possession or use of drugs will not be tolerated. The standards for acceptable behaviour are outlined on the back of the Park Map given to every guest on arrival.

Holiday/Short Term Accommodation: Guests are strictly prohibited from using any accommodation within the Park as their principal place of residence. All accommodation is only to be used for short-term stays. By accepting a booking, guests confirm that they do not and will not (subject to a written agreement to the contrary) use the Park as their principal place of residence.

E-scooters: E-scooters are not permitted to be ridden in the Park. E-scooters can only be used on private properties in South Australia and are not permitted for use on public roads, footpaths, or other public spaces. Holiday Park roads are public roads.

Communal Facilities: Communal facilities are supplied for guest use and enjoyment.  Please look after them and help us keep them as clean and tidy as possible so all guests may use and enjoy them.

Site Fire Pits: Site Fire Pits are permitted, outside of the Fire Danger Season (as per SA CFS), with prior approval from Park Management and must only be lit in designated site or communal fire pits.

Do not collect or remove wood from the park grounds or surrounding bushland. At parks with communal fire pits, fires will be lit by park staff with firewood supplied. At parks with site fire pits, these can be hired with firewood available for purchase from reception, and a fire pit policy signed before use. Contact our friendly park staff for specific fire rules at your park location.

Fire Regulations: All RVs are to be parked with the front towbar facing the roadway per fire regulations.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any of the cabins or inside Park facilities. Please use the cigarette bins provided.

Car Parking: Each site/cabin is equipped for one vehicle. Please park any additional vehicles or trailers in our guest car park.

Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm in respect of other guests.

Children: Infants 2 years of age and under are free of charge.

Personal Belongings: The Park takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any guest’s personal items. Please remember to lock cabins, caravans and vehicles when not occupied. Personal items should be supervised at all times in common areas and not left unattended.
