Arrival Time: accommodation will be available for occupation as soon as practicable after 2pm. For any late check in’s after 8pm, please phone and organise this prior to arrival.

Changes & cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations outside of 14 days will incur a fee of 1 nights tariff.
  • Cancellations inside of 13 days of scheduled arrival date will result in full balance owing and forfeiture of all monies paid. 
  • All refunds will be processed to the same payment method the monies were paid
  • Corporate, Custom and Group bookings please refer to specified and agreed cancellation policy at time of direct booking reservation

Pets

Pets are welcome on our sites only with park pet rules to be followed at all times.

Motel rooms/apartments are not pet friendly. Stuart Range reserves the right to refuse entry, request to leave and charge additional fees where applicable if guests have pets in the motel rooms/apartments.

For pet friendly accommodation, please contact our friendly team on (08) 8672 5179 who will be able to assist you at our sister property the Mud Hut Motel.

Deposits & payments

To confirm booking, all payments are due in full at the time of booking. To secure a tentative booking/hold please contact our friendly team on (08) 8672 5179 to assist with your options available.

By confirming your booking you understand and accept that additional fees and charges will be applicable for all damage incurred, excess cleaning if required or incorrectly booked occupants.

Forms of Payment: Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. 

Group Bookings: Additional terms and conditions may apply to group bookings.

Minimum Booking Periods: Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, weekends, long weekends and selected special events.

Fees

A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after departure.

A fee may be charged for additional occupants not included in reservation.

A fee may be charged for any damage incurred or theft of property.

What you need to know

  • Children Infants under 2 years of age are free of charge; however, there may be a charge for the use of a cot if required. Child rates apply to ages 2-15 years. SROR reserves the right to request proof of age.
  • All children riding bicycles or scooters are required to wear helmets for their own safety and do so at their own risk.
  • Damages / Loss: All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys, fixtures, and fittings in the accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded.
  • Linen: The tariffs quoted include linen for each bed booked and paid for. 
  • Maximum numbers per unit: The number of people accommodated in each unit must not exceed the number of beds available.
