Overview
Our Pet friendly family cabins are great for families bringing their furry friend on holidays too!
With an enclosed secure yard and spacious kennel, all you need to bring is their own bedding and toys. The Chardonnay cabin sleeps 6 with one queen bed in the main bedroom and four single beds (2 sets of single bunk beds) in the second bedroom. Linen and towels are provided to all beds with an iron & ironing board stored in the wardrobe.
The spacious kitchen includes electric cook top, microwave, large fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. With open plan living, the dining/lounge area has split system air conditioning, large lounge and TV. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, vanity and hairdryer. The outdoor picnic table provides a great spot to enjoy the sunshine! Parking for 1 vehicle alongside the cabin.
Pet charge of $10 per pet/ per night applies and will be charged separately.
With a community off leash dog park directly opposite our park and walking trails from the park, BIG4 Barossa Tourist Park is the perfect destination for you and your pet
*Australian Standards state that children under 9 years of age should not sleep on top bunks

Changes & cancellations
If notified more than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, your payment will be refunded (less $50 cancellation fee) OR the deposit can be placed into guests "client account" to use for future bookings (no cancellation fee).
If notified less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, 1 night’s tariff will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be fully refunded OR the remaining balance can be placed into guests "client account" to use for future bookings.
No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled, altered, or changed on the day of expected arrival or during your stay including early departures. All monies paid will be forfeited by the guest. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit all monies paid.
No refunds will be given for cancellations due to inclement weather, Covid or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend you obtain your own travel insurance to cover any Covid or other illness related cancellations.
Please note: Client account balances must be used within 12 months of the initial transaction date and can only be used at BIG4 Barossa Tourist Park. Client account balances are non-refundable. Transfer of cancellation monies (including deposits paid) into guests “client account” is at managements discretion.

What you need to know
Strictly no smoking in cabin accommodation. Noise policy applies from 10pm. All cabins must be left clean and tidy, dishes cleaned and put away. Office closed Christmas Day. In the event of an emergency all guests are required to comply with any safety instructions given.
BIG4 Barossa Tourist Park is not liable, nor does it accept any responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever to any person or property or the death of or injury suffered to any person or animal whilst at the Venue.
All hazards, incidents or emergencies are to be immediately reported to BVTP on 08 85621404. Persons entering the Venue agree to indemnify the BVTP against any loss or liability, cost, expense or damages arising from or in relation to the entry either by person, vehicle or otherwise;
Guest’s equipment, including electrical and gas appliances, are required to be compliant with all relevant current Codes and Standards
