The large, flightless cassowary, one of Australia's endangered birds, have made a home near Mission Beach!

Here you will find one of the highest concentration of cassowaries in Australia.

Our park backs onto a lush world heritage listed tropical rainforest and cassowary conservation area, giving our guests a unique opportunity for a close look at this private and beautiful creature! 

See you if you can spot them swimming across rivers and strolling through the gardens around Mission Beach.
