Booking terms and conditions

• All bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights for sites 3 nights for cabins.
  
• Any reduction to one night will result in loss of deposit for that night cancelled.
  
• Any changes made to bookings are subject to an administration fee of $15.
  
• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $20.
  
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit full deposit.
• No refunds are available for early departure.

Dogs Welcome - On application at Manager's discretion on 'Allocated Pet Friendly Sites'. 

(Please Note...this does not include our 'Self-Contained Accommodation').

BIG4 Innisfail Mango Tree Tourist Park has a limited number of allocated Ensuite and Powered Sites that are Pet Friendly and will cater for Large or Small RV's/ Motorhomes/ Camper Trailers.

To avoid disappointment - Bookings are essential.

Please inform Reception Staff on Arrival if prior notification or booking has not been made.

BIG4 Innisfail Mango Tree Tourist Park will welcome travellers with dogs all year round, pending availability and at owner's/manager's discretion.

Prior to 'Check-In' an application form needs to be completed by you, to ensure you have an understanding of our Terms and Conditions.

Enjoy the experience of walking your dog on a lead, along the lush tropical pathway of the South Johnstone River via our designated exit from the park.

Our friendly park has no restriction on size of dogs, but we only allow a maximum of two dogs per allocated site.

A bond of $20 for each dog will apply and is refundable on departure when all requirements have been met.
We will also provide information detailing dog-friendly resources and services in the Cassowary Coast region.

There is a nearby Vet along Mourilyan Road available for any of your pet's health requirements.

• The balance is due on check-in.

Reception Hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm.
Guests wishing to arrive outside these times MUST contact the Park during reception hours to make suitable arrangements. We DO NOT provide late check-in without prior arrangement.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
