Changes & cancellations
All cancellations will result in an Administration Fee of the first night being taken.
- Full Payment is taken for all online bookings or events which is non refundable.
- We may at our discretion be able to offer transfer of stay to another date for online and phone bookings if advised 1 week prior to checkin
- All bookings via phone require credit card to hold the booking and 48hrs notice to cancel the booking (admin fee of 1st night taken) (within 48 hours full payment of entire booking)
- If you do not arrive on your intended check in date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit of stay in its entirety
- If you wish to reduce your stay after checking in we regret we are unable to refund any monies paid
Refund Policy
Refunds will be given in accordance to the Cancellation Policy above. Any remaining funds after the administration fee will be returned to you via the method of original payment. We do not give refunds once checked in if you simply change your mind, your circumstances change or you choose the wrong accommodation. Receipt of deposit means we hold the accommodation for you. However you may be entitled to a refund or credit where our services or accommodation are significantly faulty, wrongly described, different to an example shown to you or don't provide what they are supposed to. Any refunds due to Covid19 will be at discretion of park management.

A deposit equivalent to one-night’s stay is required to confirm reservation.
Or if this booking is for an event or made online, full payment will be required and is non refundable.
This payment can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard only)
The balance of fees if any can be paid on arrival.
