Changes & cancellations
For a full refund, cancellation must be made a full 48 hours prior to the Aussie Outback Oasis Holiday Park check in time (2PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check in is on Friday, cancellation must be made prior to 2PM on Wednesday of that week. If guests cancel less than 48 hours before check in, the first night is non-refundable and will be charged. If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are 100% refunded. Where a changes or cancellation are necessary all concerns will be dealt with fairly and on a personal level by Park management.
Pets
Dogs Welcome
Being a pet friendly Holiday Park we welcome tourists with pets. To make sure ALL of our guests have an enjoyable stay, we do have some rules which must be adhered to.
Before you arrive, please contact our friendly reservations team to register your pet with your booking.
The Holiday Park Pet Policy:
The decision to allow a guest with a pet into the park is at the managers absolute discretion at all times.
- Pets must be kept on a lead at all times whilst in the Holiday Park, failure to comply will result in immediate eviction from park with no -refund.
- You the owner, must clean up after your pet at all times. Do not allow your pet to leave a mess of any sort, on any other guests’ site or property.
- For health and safety reasons, pets will not be allowed in the reception area, Camp or Bushman’s kitchen, amenities and laundry buildings, pool area or playground
- The park washing machine, laundry trough and driers must not be used for washing pet bedding
- Barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will lead to an instant departure, without refund of site fees
- Pet Owners agree to take full responsibility of any personal injury or damage caused by their pet whilst in the confines of the Park and agree to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to your pet’s activities.
You will be required to sign an agreement which outlines the rules relating to your stay at our park.
Deposits & payments
A deposit is required for all bookings to confirm each cabin/site and group reservation. A minimum payment equal to the first nights' accommodation is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the account is required upon arrival or during peak periods if requested prior to arrival. You will be emailed a confirmation letter. SMS messages will also be sent leading up to your arrival time.
Fees
Each Cabin is provided with 1 car space (extra vehicles are subject to site availability and incur a $10 fee per vehicle)
What you need to know
Bunk Beds: where bunk beds are used, we advise that bunk beds can be dangerous for children under 12 years of age and we ask that Parents & Carers take extreme care if using a top bunk bed. It is the parent/carers responsibility to ensure that children do not use the bunk beds as play equipment.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
