A summer group exhibition at Obsidian Bide: Art Gallery & Studio, Bribie Island explores change - the kind we choose, the kind we endure, and the kind that slowly reshapes us over time.

Inspired by the idea of shedding the old skins and stepping into something new, EXUVIA brings together artists working across painting, sculpture, photography, textiles, printmaking, and mixed media.

Featuring works influenced by coastal landscapes, personal stories, and moments of change, this exhibition invites visitors to slow down, reflect, and connect with art and place.

Exhibition opening: Mon 19 January 2026 from 530-730pm
Artist talk: Sun 18 January from 10am
Free Art Workshop: Sun 1 Feb from 10am – 12pm (Drop In – no bookings required)
