Overview
Modern Standard Ensuite Sites for the camping comfort you deserve and sleep up to 6. The following equipment type is welcome on these sites: Motorhomes, Vans and Caravans. We specially designed and constructed these Ensuite Sites for your Motorhome, Van or Caravan. With the choice of slab or grass these standard ensuite sites are very popular. The slab sites have the gentlest of grading on the sides to ensure good draining for dry feet but in response to requests from our loyal Camper Trailer crowd, we also have a few standard ensuite sites that are grass only. Please let us know when you book if you are after a slab or grass ensuite site (Whilst will try to meet your request we cannot guarantee that your preference can be met). We know size is important, so please tell us the size of your rig & drawbar when you book to allow us to allocate the most appropriate site. ** Please note that we do not allow any fires on these sites.
**All dwellings must have an accompanying tow vehicle on-site at all times. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure safe and efficient evacuation in the event of an emergency.

Changes & cancellations
Cancellation policy:
- In the event that you unfortunately have to cancel your stay with us please be advised that all cancellations must be received in writing & sent to stay@gcpark.com.au.
- Long Notice Cancellations (More than 14 Days): Cancel more than 14 days before your arrival and receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
- Short Notice Cancellations (2-14 Days): For cancellations within 2-14 days of arrival, your payment will be held as a credit (valid for up to 12 months), minus a one-night fee. Your remaining credit will be transferred to your client account for future use.
- Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 2 Days): Cancellations received less than 2 days before arrival or No Shows are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued.
- If a cancellation is received and a 'credit' has been used for payment, this credit amount will placed back on your client accounts (after a cancellation fee) with the remaining of the original 12 months period to be honoured.
- Please note credit card fees are non-refundable.
Change of Dates:
If you'd like to change your booking date, we’re happy to help if availability allows. Each reservation includes one complimentary date change.
- One free date change per booking, further changes incur a $50 change fee
- If the new booking has a price difference, the balance will need to be settled based on the updated terms.
- If there’s a credit, you can use it at the Nibble Café or for in-park activities.
- Additional date changes after the first will have a $50 amendment fee.
- All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival
Christmas Bookings:
- Final Payment due 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the case of poor weather.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
