Queen Accessible Motel Room - When you want convenience and comfort of Motel/Hotel accommodation in the heart of a Holiday Park, this is the stay for you. Queen Motel Rooms sleep up to 3 – 1 x king split (1) & 1 x single bed (1) and they are ideal for a short Gold Coast holiday break, a weekend getaway and for business travellers as well. We can provide you with a photocopying service and free Wi-Fi. Our guests will have Free to Air digital TV day and night to relax with after a busy day conferencing, lazing by the pool or visiting one of the fabulous Gold Coast theme parks. We also offer the convenience of our poolside cafe for a great choice of breakfast and dinner, 24 hour laundry access, DVD hire.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation policy:

  • All cancellations must be received in writing.
  • Long Notice Cancellations (More than 14 Days): Cancel more than 14 days before your arrival and receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Short Notice Cancellations (2-14 Days): For cancellations within 2-14 days of arrival, your payment will be held as a credit (valid for up to 12 months), minus a one-night fee. Your remaining credit will be transferred to your client account for future use.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 2 Days): Cancellations received less than 2 days before arrival or No Shows are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued.
  • If a cancellation is received and a 'credit' has been used for payment, this credit amount will placed back on your client accounts (after a cancellation fee) with the remaining of the original 12 months period to be honoured.
  • Please note credit card fees are non-refundable. 

 

Change of Dates

If you'd like to change your booking date, we’re happy to help if availability allows. Each reservation includes one complimentary date change.

  • If the new booking has a price difference, the balance will need to be settled based on the updated terms.
  • If there’s a credit, you can use it at the Nibble Café or for in-park activities.
  • Additional date changes after the first will have a $25 amendment fee.

 

Pets

Dogs are welcome on application at Manager's discretion. Please contact us directly on 1300 789 189 to discuss your dog and travel needs as date restrictions apply. Park Conditions for Dogs Welcome: Selected Sites and Cabins Only. Please understand that we will only allow calm, well behaved dogs whose owners understand the need to respect the peace and comfort of all our guests (including our wildlife). This Pet Policy only applies to short-stay tourists and their dogs and the word Pet only applies to Dogs. NOTE: Please have all your up to date vaccination certificates with you upon arrival. Your vet can fax them ahead to us if you wish.

What you need to know

In the event that you unfortunately have to cancel your stay with us please be advised that all cancellations must be received in writing & sent to stay@gcpark.com.au.

If a cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be issued less an administration fee of $25.

If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given.

If, however, we are able to re-book any of your booking, you will be eligible for a reimbursement of those nights we sell, less an Administration fee of $25.00.

If you need to change your booking, one change of date is permitted free of charge. Subsequent changes incur $25 administration fee.

In response to these changing times, we have adjusted some of our Reservations Terms and Conditions to make planning an easier option for you.

  • Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival
  • Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the case of poor weather.

BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park is across the road from Movie World, Outback Spectacular and Wet n Wild and Dreamworld and WhiteWater world are just up the road. Grab your entry tickets from us before you go. It will save you loads of time as you won't need to join in the long queue for tickets at the front gate!

We are cheaper than the theme parks and often have super dooper special ticket prices for our guests
