Overview
A medium sized grass site located in the Riverwalk section of the park and sleeps up to 6. The following equipment type is welcome on these sites: under 26ft including tow all Caravan and Annex, Motorhome, Campervan or Tents including ONE car space are welcome. Our Powered Riverwalk Sites are near to our Riverwalk BBQ area and right next to the beautiful Saltwater Creek so you can set up and then throw in a line! The Riverwalk area is also adjacent to our famous Roo paddock. Most mornings as the sun rises we have the pleasure of our resident family of kangaroos who happily graze on our acres of grassy paddock. There is often a little troupe of Koalas who live with us and can be spotted when the mood takes them. All in all it’s a wonderful spot to pull up and relax. In the Riverwalk area we welcome small fires in above the ground braziers (subject to fire bans).
**All dwellings must have an accompanying tow vehicle on-site at all times. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure safe and efficient evacuation in the event of an emergency.

Changes & cancellations
Cancellation policy:
- In the event that you unfortunately have to cancel your stay with us please be advised that all cancellations must be received in writing & sent to stay@gcpark.com.au.
- Long Notice Cancellations (More than 14 Days): Cancel more than 14 days before your arrival and receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
- Short Notice Cancellations (2-14 Days): For cancellations within 2-14 days of arrival, your payment will be held as a credit (valid for up to 12 months), minus a one-night fee. Your remaining credit will be transferred to your client account for future use.
- Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 2 Days): Cancellations received less than 2 days before arrival or No Shows are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued.
- If a cancellation is received and a 'credit' has been used for payment, this credit amount will placed back on your client accounts (after a cancellation fee) with the remaining of the original 12 months period to be honoured.
- Please note credit card fees are non-refundable.
Change of Dates:
If you'd like to change your booking date, we’re happy to help if availability allows. Each reservation includes one complimentary date change.
- One free date change per booking, further changes incur a $50 change fee
- If the new booking has a price difference, the balance will need to be settled based on the updated terms.
- If there’s a credit, you can use it at the Nibble Café or for in-park activities.
- Additional date changes after the first will have a $50 amendment fee.
- All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival
Christmas Bookings:
- Final Payment due 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the case of poor weather.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
