Our Accessible Terrace Duplex is brand new with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate 2nd toilet and sleeps 6.

These cabins are close to all the action of the pool area and boast a modern kitchen including dishwasher with open plan dining and lounge. Each are fitted a large screen television to keep the kids amused, or if you like kick back with a fun holiday DVD.

Head out onto your spacious balcony overlooking our environmental lake replete with wildlife.

They boast 1 x queen bed & 2 x bunk beds and can sleep up to 6 guests or 12 when you book the whole duplex (2 x Terraces together upon request through our reservations team).

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation policy:

  • In the event that you unfortunately have to cancel your stay with us please be advised that all cancellations must be received in writing & sent to stay@gcpark.com.au.
  • Long Notice Cancellations (More than 14 Days): Cancel more than 14 days before your arrival and receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Short Notice Cancellations (2-14 Days): For cancellations within 2-14 days of arrival, your payment will be held as a credit (valid for up to 12 months), minus a one-night fee. Your remaining credit will be transferred to your client account for future use.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 2 Days): Cancellations received less than 2 days before arrival or No Shows are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued.
  • If a cancellation is received and a 'credit' has been used for payment, this credit amount will placed back on your client accounts (after a cancellation fee) with the remaining of the original 12 months period to be honoured.
  • Please note credit card fees are non-refundable. 

Change of Dates:

If you'd like to change your booking date, we’re happy to help if availability allows. Each reservation includes one complimentary date change.

  • One free date change per booking, further changes incur a $50 change fee
  • If the new booking has a price difference, the balance will need to be settled based on the updated terms.
  • If there’s a credit, you can use it at the Nibble Café or for in-park activities.
  • Additional date changes after the first will have a $50 amendment fee.
  • All changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival

Christmas Bookings:

  • Final Payment due 30 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival
  • Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the case of poor weather.

Pets

Dogs Welcome - Selected Sites and Cabins 

Please call our friendly reservations team in order to secure one for your stay on 1300 789 189 as not all Dog Friendly cabins are bookable online. You must advise us at the time of booking of your intention to bring a dog.

Your best friend (dog) is welcome to come too! Please understand that we will only allow calm, well behaved dogs whose owners understand the need to respect the peace and comfort of all our guests (including our wildlife). *This Pet Policy only applies to short stay tourists and their dogs and the word Pet only applies to dogs. 

  • Please have all your up to date vaccination certificates or titer test certificate with you upon arrival. Your vet can fax them ahead to us if you wish.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended at any time and owners must ensure that any 'parcels' are immediately cleaned up.
  • All Sites are pet friendly - 2 dogs only per site
  • Acceptance of your dog is entirely at the discretion of the park manager. 
  • Failure to comply with any of the guidelines provided in the Dog Policy will also result in immediate eviction from the park. 

We also provide the following services for you and your pooch;

  • BIG off-leash running
  • Dog friendly sites
  • Dog friendly cabins (where the pooch can sleep INSIDE the cabin with the rest of the family) 
  • Puppy Pampering Palace (it's a fancy name for a K9 DIY Dog Wash) 
  • Dog Kennels (for those moments when you can't take pooch with you)
  • Dog Friendly Poolside Cafe

1 Nights deposit taken at time of booking. Remaining payments taken at 30 and 14 days prior to arrival dates

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
