Pets Terms and Conditions
Pets are welcome at Tasman Holiday Parks - Hervey Bay.
- The pet owner must inform reception prior to arrival that they are travelling with a pet.
- Upon arrival at the park, the pet’s acceptance will be at the managers discretion.
- The pet must be always supervised and never left unattended, including inside a tent or van.
- Dogs and Cats must be always on a leash while not inside a tent or van; there are no exceptions to this rule.
- A leash may not be more than 2 meters in length and is to be held by a person over the age of 15 years. Dogs and Cats are not to be allowed loose with a leash attached.
- Occupational Health and Safety excludes pets from entering common areas of the park including Pool Area, Amenities, Laundry Block, Camp Kitchen, Barbeque areas, Playground, Reception or Cabins.
- Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog’s waste using sealed bags and utilising the rubbish bins provided.
- Occupational Health and Safety prevents any pet from being washed within the park.
- Pet related accessories (such as blankets) are not to be washed within the park. The use of the communal laundry its washing machines and/or dryers are prohibited for this use.
- Pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their pet.
- It is the pet owner’s sole responsibility to control and manage their pet.
As the owner of the pet/s agree to the above conditions.
I agree that the park manager reserves the right to evict any guest whose pet is deemed noisy, disruptive and/or aggressive or is the subject of a complaint from other guests.
I agree if management deem any of the above is not being followed, that management have the right to evict the pet owner and / or pet form the park immediately, and that no refunds will be applied.
