Overview

An unforgettable and nostalgic Hervey Bay stay. Our Bel Air Caravan sleeps up to six guests and is our most unique accommodation offering, with a double bed and triple bunks, kitchenette and shower in the beautifully decorated interior. Outside your door, access an ensuite toilet and added amenities, as well as a private outdoor area equipped with a BBQ and retro oil drum seating.

Changes & cancellations


Pets

We welcome guests with pets on selected sites and cabins at this park. To provide for your comfort and the comfort of our other guests, we have implemented the following conditions in regard to your occupancy on pet friendly sites/cabins.

  • All decisions regarding pets are at the Park Manager’s discretion.
  • A rate of $15 per pet, per night is applicable to stays in pet-friendly approved accommodation.
  • Blackout dates include Easter and Christmas/New Year
  • There is a limit of one (1) pet per booking unless prior arrangement has been made for additional pets.
  • Guests must accept full responsibility and indemnify the Park Manager/owner for any claims by (or injuries to) third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s).
  • Guests shall be liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) and shall pay the Park Manager immediately for any costs incurred.
  • All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception on arrival.
  • Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and sites.
    Note: A minimum $200 cleaning charge may apply if cabin has been soiled
  • Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash when you are not in your tent or caravan.
  • Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site/cabin fees.
  • For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or park facilities under any circumstances. This includes amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds and lagoon areas.
  • Pets may only be walked on park roadways.
  • Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.
  • Size restrictions may apply in some parks, check with park for details.
  • We encourage guests to bring their dog’s bedding.

Deposits & payments

  • Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
  • Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival for a full refund.
  • If cancellation is received after 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, the park will retain the first-night deposit as a cancellation fee.
  • Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
  • The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder and payment card must be present at check-in.
  • Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.

Early Bird:

  • Full payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
  • Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking.
  • Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, vouchers, or special rates.
  • The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
  • Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.
  • Offer is subject to availability and additional conditions may apply.

Winter Warmer Site Saver:

  • Deposit payment for three (3) nights is required at the time of booking.
  • A minimum stay of seven (7) consecutive nights is required.
  • Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival.
  • If cancellation is received after 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, the park will retain the three-night deposit.
  • Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
  • The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
  • Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.

Semi Flexible – 7 days:

  • Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
  • Outstanding balance due in full at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • Bookings made within 7 days prior to arrival will require full payment at time of booking.
  • Should you wish to cancel or change your booking more than 7 days prior to arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit payment.
  • If the notice of your cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival, deposits paid are non-refundable.
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
  • The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder and payment card must be present at check-in. 

Summer Holiday:

  • Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
  • Outstanding balance due in full at least 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • Bookings made within 90 days prior to arrival will require full payment at time of booking.
  • Should you wish to cancel or change your booking more than 90 days prior to arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit payment.
  • If the notice of your cancellation is received within 90 days of arrival, deposits paid are non-refundable.
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
