Changes & cancellations
- Cancellations outside of 14 days will incur a fee of 1 nights tariff.
- Cancellations inside of 13 days of scheduled arrival date will result in full balance owing and forfeiture of all monies paid.
- All refunds will be processed to the same payment method the monies were paid
- Corporate, Custom and Group bookings please refer to specified and agreed cancellation policy at time of direct booking reservation
- All cancellations must be received in writing
Pets
Four‑legged family members are regular visitors to, and valued guests at, BIG4 Lake Maraboon Holiday Village.
- Dogs are welcome on all sites but cannot stay in cabin accommodation.
- The usual courtesies apply- so please keep dogs on leads and under control, as well as away from food and public areas.
- Be nice to your neighbours and pick up after your dog.
Other than that, please always check with us before arrival and know that we do reserve the right to refuse a dog that may cause us any concerns.
Deposits & payments
To confirm booking, all payments are due in full at the time of booking. To secure a tentative booking/hold please contact our friendly team on (07) 4982 3677 to assist with your options available.
By confirming your booking you understand and accept that additional fees and charges will be applicable for all damage incurred, excess cleaning if required or incorrectly booked occupants.
Forms of Payment: Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS.
Group Bookings: Additional terms and conditions may apply to group bookings.
Minimum Booking Periods: Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, weekends, long weekends and selected special events.
Fees
A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after departure.
A fee may be charged for additional occupants not included in reservation.
A fee may be charged for any damage incurred or theft of property.
