Pets Terms & Conditions
- All decisions regarding pets are at the Park Manager’s discretion.
- Please Note: Fees apply for cabin bookings with pets.
- All pets must be listed on the booking and reflected in the booking confirmation. Only pets included in the booking will be allowed on the premises, and the number of pets must match the details provided to ensure the price quoted remains accurate.
- Guests must accept full responsibility and indemnify the Park Manager/owner for any claims by (or injuries to) third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s).
- Guests shall be liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) and shall pay the park immediately for any costs incurred.
- All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception on arrival.
- Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and sites.
- Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash at all times when you are not in your tent or caravan.
- Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site/cabin fees.
- For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or park facilities under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds and lagoon areas.
- Pets may only be walked on park roadways.
- Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.
- Guests are encouraged to bring their dog’s bedding.
