Executive Cabin

CABINS: In the event your circumstances change, and you no longer require your booking, we require 72 hours’ notice prior to 9am on your check-in day.  Failure to provide this will result in the cost equal to one night’s accommodation. No refunds for No shows. Cancellations outside the above will incur a $40 administration fee. Peak Periods require a 28 day notice of cancellation. Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly cabins only.  Please enquire about our pet-friendly cabin availability.

SITES: In the event your circumstances change, and you no longer require your booking, we require 48 hours’ notice prior to 9am on your check-in day.  Failure to provide this may result in the cost equal to one night’s accommodation.  No refunds for No Shows.  Cancellations outside the above Will incur a $30 administration fee.  We welcome your Pets.  You must notify us if your Pet is travelling with you at the time of booking to ensure a Pet Friendly Site has been allocated. Peak Periods require a 28 day notice of cancellation.

SPECIAL EVENTS: In the event your circumstances change, and you no longer require your booking, we require 10 days’ notice prior to 9am on your check-in day. Failure to provide this will result in no refund of the cost of the accommodation booked unless we are able to re book the total nights booked in which case we will refund the difference after the original departure date. No refunds for early departure and No shows. Cancellations outside the above will incur a $40 administration fee.

No pets allowed in any NON-DESIGNATED PET Cabin. Dogs must be well secured on a leash, all droppings must be picked up, secured in a plastic bag and placed in the garbage bins. All Dog owners agree to abide by our park rules and take full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their dog including to agree to pay any claims for compensation in relation to their dogs behaviour in the park.

Booking Terms & Conditions:
The person whose name appears on the booking form or registered form is responsible for ensuring compliance with the rules and booking conditions by all members of his/her party.  Sites cannot be sub-let to other guests/friends etc.  Any guest or visitor failing to comply with the park rules will be asked to leave the Park within two (2) hours and will not receive recompense or a refund (Refundable deposits for keys will be returned upon return of the key)

PERSONS Under 18 Years: Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make an online or direct reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any of these types of reservations.

GROUP BOOKINGS: Only group bookings made on the one reservation and arriving on the same date can be made under this booking method.

CABIN AVAILABILITY: All rates are quoted for up to two persons sharing the same bedding. Occupancy requiring twin bedding or twin share (use of more than one bed) is an additional cost. Number of guests are limited to the maximum unit/cabin occupancy for each.

DISCOUNTS: Where a guest has made a reservation under a special offer or membership discount, no further offers or discounts will be applied to that reservation. Membership Discounts are only applicable for that person’s membership reservation.

BIKES, SCOOTERS, ROLLER SKATES/BLADES: Are permitted to be ridden in the internal roads of the park only. Under no circumstances is the entry road to the park to be used for recreational purposes unless for the purpose of Departing or Arriving at the park after use. Park rules must be observed, and this includes wearing a safety helmet.  8kph speed limit and daylight hours only.

CHILDRENS BEHAVIOUR: Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour within the park.  Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to recreation areas. Swearing, offensive language or bullying will not be accepted by any guest. Patrons under the age of 18 years must not stay overnight in the Park unless accompanied by an adult 18 years or over.

SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in the amenities block, laundry, camp kitchen, swimming pool area or any recreational area under any circumstances. Please respect your neighbours if smoking on your balconies or outside your caravan/camping area.

SWIMMING POOL: Parents and Guardians must ensure children are always supervised.  Swimming Pool Rules and regulations are displayed in our pool area. No Running or Bombing under any circumstances. No food or glass to be taken into this area.

NOISE: Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially after 21:00 (9pm).  Undue noise, swearing or offensive language is not permitted at any time.

VEHICLES: Vehicles must be parked in the allocated cabin/sites with one (1) vehicle only per site.  This car must be registered at the Reception on arrival.  All other vehicles/boats etc or visitor vehicles must remain in the park’s visitor parking bay or overflow parking area at the rear of the park.  No parking or driving over concrete slabs, or other guest sites is permitted.

POWERED/UN POWERED SITE AVAILABILITY & ALLOCATION: Site Allocation will be made according to the dimensions of your caravan and or camper trailer.  Please ensure that you state the total exterior length of your van/camping facility from front to back including all attachments and drawbar including if you have an east/west or north/south slide out. Sites are not guaranteed including Drive Thru, although every endeavour will be made to accommodate your request. All caravans, campervans and camper trailers must have their draw bars facing the roadway. Please contact the park if you have any special requirements before your arrival.

DUMP POINT: Our Dump Point is located on the Park Map. Guests disposing of Black Water other than in the Dump Point will be asked to leave immediately. No portable toilets to be erected on any sites.

FIRES: Open fires or fireworks are not permitted anywhere in the park. A carousel wood fire in in the Camp Kitchen for your enjoyment.
